Vacation rentals with a patio in Concón

Everything was excellent! This time there were 5 of us, and the apartment was very comfortable!

Everything perfect - I felt very safe and comfortable. I was in Chile without a car, the bus stations were within walking distance, as were the shops. Alejandra always responded very quickly and was very helpful - thank you for the wonderful stay:)

The host responds immediately and is attentive to any questions. A nice, comfortable, and very well-located apartment. Very good restaurants close by.

The description completely matches what you find when you arrive. The apartment itself, the furnishings and the view make it an excellent alternative to go and enjoy the sea and tranquility of the area. Easy access to the coast, ideal for a walk or sports. Paola was an excellent host, with timely attention, very responsive and always providing a solution to any situation that might arise. I highly recommend it.

I found everything in optimal condition, very nice, the apartment was clean and tidy and nothing was missing. I will recommend it to all my friends and I will return again. Very grateful 😊

The apartment has everything you need to spend a few nice and quiet days, the safe place, good location, everything well organized. It has a wonderful panoramic view where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets, it has heating and the terrace is closed which allows you to enjoy when it is cold! we will definitely come back!

About it met my expectations. The photos don't really describe the house's full charm. My whole family spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotes to be remembered for a long time. As a point of improvement. The living room, due to its spaciousness, looks a bit empty with the couple of pieces of furniture. It is functional, but the space can be better filled.

Everything is as shown in the photos, a beautiful place, it had all the amenities one might need, both hosts responded quickly and kindly, we loved it ❤️

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Excellent house just minutes from Reñaca beach! We stayed only one night but you'll definitely want to stay several more days because of the quality of the house! We will definitely be back! Thank you

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

Beautiful views in a very good location to explore both Valparaiso, Viña Del Mar and the casaBlanca valley vineyards. César was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at the house. Gonzalo was a very friendly, available and helpful host, he even allowed us to bring pets at the last minute. The house is spacious, comfortable and better than the photos, ideal for large groups like ours (there were 9 of us). Everything was impeccable and we felt right at home. We would definitely come back!

The whole stay was very pleasant, Gerardo is always in contact with you to make sure everything is going well. The apartment is very comfortable (ideal for going with small children, with a chair, play mat and crib if needed) and is very well located (the beach is literally across the street). We would definitely come back!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!
