Comfortable queen size bed with a view of the yard and garden. Private carport parking and private entrance both located in the covered carport. No access to kitchen/main house/property. No pets.

Village Laneway Hideaway

Park beside your gate to a fully private, 1 bedroom 450 sq/ft guest house with bike storage and large private patio. Two blocks from the main street. Two minute ride to the trailhead. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, large bath/shower, and a modern gas fireplace that's perfect for warming up after a day on the trails, seashore or Mt. Washington. A/C in summer, two 50" smart tv's (living room/bedroom). Best suited for 2 adults, but there's a pullout couch so families with 2 kids will work in a pinch.

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

Minutes away from restaurants/pubs and hiking trails, you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the beauty that B.C has to offer. Mt.Washington and/or have a simple picnic at the Marina with friends and family. We are the gateway you didn’t know you needed. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and charging TESLA EV. Radiant heat means no air exchange with upstairs unit. New BBQ added in 2021. Pool patio has sunshine from mid morning till late evening. Large outdoor dinning table with umbrella seats 6, plus various lounge chairs on pool deck.

The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!

We are within walking distance to downtown Comox and the Comox Marina, where you will find many cafes, pubs, restaurants, and shops. Several beaches, parks, and forests are very near, and Mount Washington is just a 30 minute drive away. The local hospital, pool, and arena are all within a 10-15 minute drive.
