Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

We had a magical time in a house worthy of a 5-star hotel🤩, everything was impeccable from the warm welcome, the cleanliness, the extra services, the incredible pool, the majestic jacuzzi, the extremely comfortable beds….. In short, we had the most beautiful time😍. To conclude, I only have a moment, thank you Sophie. (Please respect this peaceful retreat if you book it)

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It is a super nice place with a large swimming pool. In addition, there was a separate room with a pool table, darts and a bar, ideal for those who wanted to chat in the evening or listen to some music. A big plus was that this space was a little further away from the cottages. This way, those who wanted to go to sleep earlier could enjoy themselves quietly, without being bothered by the noise. Furthermore, it was also very nice that ponies and horses bordered the house. It immediately gave a cozy, rural atmosphere and the children loved seeing the animals. All in all had a top vacation!

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, also certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a cot, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we were unable to turn on the heating, but we were able to warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

A truly appreciated wellness break! The night with spa was a great experience: quiet, clean and very well furnished. The spa was ready when we arrived, perfect for relaxing in privacy. Everything was designed for comfort, and the hosting was very nice. We leave rested and delighted!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Everything was neatly clean and well maintained, which made us feel right at home. The surroundings are really beautiful: plenty of nature, tranquility and beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. Nice villages and sights can also be reached easily. In short, a perfect place for anyone looking for relaxation in a beautiful setting. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or friends. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large for spending time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and rooms to retreat. Everything is as shown in the pictures, modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is super, within walking distance. A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

We booked the accommodation in function of our wedding and we have often booked through airbnb, but the hospitality we experienced here we have never experienced before. Fantastic! Carine & Ignace suggested taking photos in their beautiful garden, a bottle on arrival, Carine came by with transparent umbrellas for rainy weather, they were ready for the babysitters who slept with our children in the cottage. The house is exactly as in the books and yet you immediately feel welcome with kids. Toys, plastic plates and cups, bibs. Everything is provided. Thank you for everything! Love, Coopman family

Danielle gave us a great welcome. The apartment is impeccable, tastefully furnished. The view of the lovely garden and the terrace where we dined was a plus and very pleasant on a beautiful day. Parking space and proximity to shops are the advantages of this small studio. Our exchanges with Danielle allowed us to have a pleasant time. If the opportunity arises, we'll be back with pleasure.

Beautiful and unique house, exactly as pictured in photos. Sadly we only had 1 night here before continuing our journey home but would love to stay again. Willy was a great host, friendly and prompt to reply

We had a great time at Francesco's apartment. The accommodation is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The two bedrooms are comfortable. The location is quiet and convenient, you can get everywhere on foot. Self check-in with the digital code is a real plus. Francesco is a great host, very responsive and caring. It's a shame we didn't have time to explore this passion for Italian cooking with him. I recommend it without hesitating!

Very clean, comfortable cottage in wooded area. Friendly Host. Good communication - we had a small problem with the shower and that was resolved professionally immediately. Small downside: mattress of the double bed quite hard. Not everyone finds this pleasant.

We enjoyed Morgan's lovely house as a family for a few days. The photos are completely faithful to reality. Beautiful decor and impeccable cleanliness. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed the proximity to the metro. The communication with Morgan was great and we appreciated all the little touches left at our disposal in the house. The small downsides if you are traveling with a child: - The stairs are not secure - No shutter/blackout curtain in the baby room quite inconvenient especially as the street lamps stay on all night. Apart from these details, everything was perfect.

It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Sauna, spa bath, accessories available if you want to spice up your stay 😉 bed made on arrival and really comfortable, towels available .... Very nice stay in the comfortable, very clean accommodation, as described. The exterior is also very nice. Didier is responsive. Beautiful discovery.

We stayed for 4 days at the Manor: 8 adults, 4 teenagers and 3 grandchildren. Everyone quickly found their place because the place is incredibly welcoming! The outdoor spaces are full of small corners for activities: jacuzzi, petanque, BBQ, large tables, garden shed, brazier and so on are a real plus! The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished! The bedding and sheets smell good, you sleep very, very well there! The different lounges are super beautiful, the pool table and darts occupy the largest pleasantly. And finally: the kitchen: visually, a step back in time but technically: impeccable. Plenty of dishes, all the equipment is there and the large stoves are super convenient for cooking for large families! Really, nothing missing! And François… a great host, discreet but ultra responsive when necessary! A 10/10 for us!
