Really good place to stay, very quiet, very clean and good local amenities. Slightly disappointing outlook but it was of little consequence due to its location. Gijon is a great place for sight seeing, food and shopping and this flat allows easy access to all as well as the beach. Raquel's video instructions to get in were brilliant and saved a lot of angst at the initial entrance so follow them and not the ones provided by Airbnb. We would definitely book this flat again especially as it is a properly registered tourist let.

The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time last week at Carmen’s place. She met us when we arrived and gave us some tips and left some instructions which were very clear. The place is great. It really is right next to a lovely beach and the area is beautiful. We did a lot of cycling but be aware there aren’t many cycle paths. Thé appartement was a perfect size for a family of 4. Thanks Carmen. Maybe see you next year!

To spend five days is very good, having a single room and two bathrooms was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. And it's close to the highway/freeway exit.

The apartment is very small but very cute! It has everything you need. The lighting is very good and the bed is a 10. Very comfortable, both the mattress and the pillow, the sheets are great. The television is also a good size and looks great. The bathroom is very practical. Roberto as a host is also great. He had very good details with us. We were delighted with the wonderful value for the money

We had a great week. Aurora's place was a big part of it, Proximity to the beach, sea view from the terrace , pleasant pool, comfortable interior. The rooms even looked bigger than in the photos.

We were very comfortable in this house. The home was super cared for and had everything you might need. Its location is great, having breakfast looking at the sea is priceless. Patricia takes care of everything in detail and has always been attentive to make our experience the best possible. It is definitely an accommodation that I would recommend and to which I would return when I return to this area

The apartment is perfect if you want to spend a few days in Luanco, and the parking, a tipzo! We went because it seemed like a good location to visit Gijón, Avilés and Cabo de Peñas, everything is next door. We were surprised by the village, it has a magnificent gastronomy and a lot of charm. Roberto and Martynha have made things very easy for us and the apartment is very practical, it has everything. If we come back to the area, we'll do it again!

I can't put a "but" everything was perfect, we felt right at home. Alfredo and Montserrat have been very nice and answered at the moment. The location of the apartment can't be better, asleep listening to the waves and being able to have the privilege of seeing sunrise and sunset in that location is unbeatable. We were going with a baby and they were attentive to leaving us both cradle and high chair. As for the cleanliness, the apartment was spotless and everything was tastefully decorated. If we return to Luanco we will no doubt stay here. Thank you very much for everything!!!

Gemma was attentive at all times, both in the days before our arrival, recommending restaurants and parking lots and making sure that our baby was comfortable, and during the weekend asking us if everything was okay. The accommodation is in a perfect place with everything nearby, restaurants, beach, port...

This place is a real gem! The apartment is spacious, bright, and extremely tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is provided to make you feel at home. The panorama from the terrace is breathtaking – the view of the ocean is simply magical. We were greeted by a pleasant smell throughout the house, and everything was sparkling clean. Every little detail reveals that the comfort of the guests is really important. It was a wonderful experience, it was a pleasure to stay here!

Sara was very responsive and her home is a great place in a very small village. Parking is tricky as it was quite busy- but we were there during August so to be expected.

The best way to define the place is that we felt right at home. We find the apartment very clean, everything is very new, it has been a pleasure to be there to visit Asturias, and Gijón in particular.
