Charming renovated house in the middle of a rural village. The house dates back to 1900 and was completely renovated in 2020. It consists of a main room, which serves as a living room, kitchen, on it and in double height on a wooden structure rises the bedroom. The bathroom is very spacious and has a large Jacuzzi. The house has natural gas heating, plus a fireplace. It has LED lights and indirect lighting. You can be inside at 25 degrees while it's snowing outside.

Return to the most authentic and trustworthy past of the Almerian desert farmhouse. The cortijos in Cabo de Gata were self-contained subsistence units that relied on cereal, cattle, and cacti to survive. This fully renovated and restored house maintains the essence of a traditional and simple life. I teach yoga, music, and writing. I know the Cabo de Gata Nature Park perfectly and live near the lead cove and the cove in between.

The space reserved for visitors is located on the second floor of our house where we have fitted out a complete apartment: a living room-kitchen, a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a small terrace. Visitors can also enjoy the tranquility of the patio and its small pool.

We have sought to integrate the charms of a rural setting with the amenities and services that make the stay an unforgettable experience.

The house is located in the center of the village of Laujar de Andarax. With fantastic views of the Sierra de Gádor, the house has solar panels and a charging point for electric cars with free parking. I also offer a visit to a farm I own with about 1500 almond trees!! A charming house in a great little village at the foothills of The Sierra Nevada. the house is at the beginning of a beautiful riverside walk which will bring you to the Cahorros and the hanging bridges. There's lots of activities to do in the area and it's a 30 minute trip to the ski resort. The house is cosy and the patio is perfect for sunbathing or barbecueing.
