Guests must be nonsmoking, & 25 years or older. No smoking on this property. No unregistered guests allowed. Owners live on the property.

We are right off Hwy 281, just 5 minutes from the Guadalupe River, less than an hour from Fredericksburg (known for it’s wineries), and 30 minutes from San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Boerne. We think it’s the perfect location!
