We had a great time, Tom was quick to respond when we were booking, the place was great, brought our dogs and had a really nice time. Right on the water and we had fun fishing from the lower level of the yard. Great outdoor grill and dinning area. Would stay again. Location was great and very convenient to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The setting was peaceful and private—perfect for unwinding. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. We especially loved JPS Wimberley BBQ—it was delicious! And spending time at the river was truly amazing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very beautiful area, it was always quiet and peaceful you really only hear the birds. Everything was clean and very cute interior, very homey.

This is a great spot for large groups that don’t want to stay under the same roof. The area is beautiful and well kept. Perfect for families and kids or adults wanting to relive sleep away camp. The fenced in dog park is perfect for the fur babies. We will absolutely be returning!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bungalow on the Square in Wimberley. We visit the area several times a year, but this was our first time staying right on the square—and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Your home is beautiful, warm, and perfectly located for everything we enjoy about Wimberley. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay! This place was perfect for us & our older kiddos & 2 dogs - the property was a perfect fit! It was centrally located to Wimberley (we visited a winery), the River (we floated one day) the lake & several other restaurants and attractions that Ginger & Randy had listed for us. But the thing that stood out the most was the deer!! There was deer corn on property already for us, but we grabbed extra at the Lowe’s grocery store down the road. There is an empty lot next to this one, the deer, baby deer, families.. come up and feed. They are so close, it’s almost as if you could hand feed. So amazing and definitely a highlight for us! The yard is so spacious for your dogs to roam/run, it is fully fenced. There is a guest house that is part of the listing. Fun house with everything we needed! Thanks for hosting us!

We had a fabulous time at the lake! The house is super cute and great for a group of fiends or family. We have stayed there two times and plan to return again soon!

Beautiful home right on the river! Water level was perfect for our small children while we were there. Half bath & laundry area near side entry was perfect for drying off from the river. Home was comfortable, slept well, and was surprisingly larger than shown in photos. There are a couple of doors that can be closed when kids are playing & watching TV in one living room, creating a more quiet space in the other living room. There are wonderful views of the river from the upstairs windows. The tree line along the river created privacy from the road. We felt like we had our own private oasis on the river! We enjoyed our stay very much! Great communication with the host! Thank you, Sophia!

Such an amazing little gem tucked in the woods! My favorite part was that there were so many deer hanging around the area and it was so peaceful and serene. The lights that turn on at night outside make it seem like a place out of a movie scene. Very responsive and thoughtful hosts!

We have stayed here before. First time was because it was the only place we could find that would take 3 dogs. This time was because we wanted to stay here again. We love how accommodating it is for the dogs and us. They can run free in the front as we sit and drink our coffee in the morning or chill on the patio at night. I love not having to worry about them getting out or anything getting in. It definitely meets our needs. Close to all the cute little Texas towns in Hill Country. Our daughter is in San Marcos and we like exploring the Wimberley area. We drove into Austin for the day and it was not too terribly far. An hour to South Austin. We have dined nearby Ollie's with our dogs at Savage's, Krause's, Monster Treats, The Let Go...There are more! The Hill Country is very dog friendly.

Absolutely an adorable house with a lot put into the decor. It felt like home away from home. There are 3 types of AirBnbs: 1. Not going back there 2. That was enjoyable 3. Didn’t want to leave We definitely DIDN’T want to leave. -Neighborhood was clean. -Property and inside of the house was clean. -Easy to find. -Was private but yet people were around. -Adorable unique decor. -Solid A/C and heater. -Great water pressure. -Host was very responsive and friendly. We want to stay there again!!!

This place is quiet, and remote enough to still be close to town. Everything is clean and looks like new!

Such a cozy and beautiful home to stay in! Had a great time with the family for a weekend getaway. Super convenient location that’s not far from the lake. The place was super clean and had all the necessities we needed to feel at home. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

This place was absolutely incredible! Exactly as the pictures and description. Beautiful, private cottage, that was very walkable to the Wimberly square. Also really neat that the place has access to cypress creek with kayaks to use! Robert and Charlene thought of everything- anytime I would think, “oh it would be nice if they had this”, I would open a drawer or cabinet or look around, and boom, there it was! Extremely hospitable hosts and very comfortable place. The king sized bed was also very comfortable, we slept almost 10 hours both nights! Thanks guys!

Had the best time celebrating my birthday at the Faust cabin with family. Talk about accommodations, this property is amazing! I didn’t think private and tubing experience belonged in the same sentence but that’s basically what you get staying at Camp Milagro! Sophia and her team have gone over and above to make sure her guests are coveredThe cabin has everything we needed from tubes, a grill on site, phone chargers, extra portable speakers, even a wagon to help carry river toys. Look no further, I know I won’t😁

I decided to splurge on my family visit & this didn’t disappoint. My brother lives only an hour away but we were seeing Willie at the Whitewater Ampitheater (both phenomenal) and I wanted to treat us all. Brownie points all around for my choice that are still going strong! Driving up the little hill into the driveway, we found the house nestled in among the trees with a view to the lake. Clean, stylish, roomy on the inside, my 6’4” brother was delighted with the king size bed, my daughter was delighted with the little balcony off her bedroom so she could read and watch for wildlife and we loved our big bed overlooking the front where the herd of deer gathered waiting for their corn! But the weather was perfect and we spent most of our time gathered outside in the comfy Adirondack chairs or in the screened in porch. The only sad thing about the entire time was how low the water in Canyon Lake has gotten. Pray for rain soon! Thank you, Richard. My brother will be back with his clan!

I had a wonderful week long stay in Wimberly and this house was a great home base. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner had supplied water, snacks and coffee as a courtesy. The host was responsive, helpful and offered suggestions related to my interests. So much to do in Wimberley! Nearby State Parks, nature areas and parks have great hiking and views. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this home. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and set in a peaceful location surrounded by nature. It was a treat to see deer and other local wildlife roaming nearby, which added to the tranquil atmosphere. The river nearby was beautiful and a highlight of our visit—calm, scenic, and very enjoyable to spend time by. While it is walkable, it takes about 15 minutes to get there on foot. If you're planning to drive, be aware that parking at the river can be a bit tricky, especially with a regular car. A truck or SUV would likely handle the terrain better, but we managed just fine. Overall, it was a great getaway and we truly enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend it to others looking for a quiet retreat close to nature.

The house was perfect for what we needed to do around the area.. roomy home for 5 .. good layout.. Jimmy was very friendly and attentive..
