The Depot House has become my #1 choice when needing accommodations in Ellensburg. It feels like a little touch of home. Each time I’m there, the welcoming touches are a little different. This time, there was a gorgeous bouquet of fresh cut flowers on the table, the thermostat was set to a comfortable cooling temperature (on a 96° day), and the porch light was on in case I was late arriving. The house is always tidy and uncluttered, but all the necessities are available. We were able to have family over for dinner and I had all the tools I needed to make a meal. I also always appreciate the ability to wash a load of laundry when traveling. I can’t wait to return!

Sam's place was a perfect getaway for our short stay in Anchorage. Unit is well stocked, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay!

It's hard to explain a place like this. Simply put, the setting, the home and the location in general, far exceeded my expectations! Yes, it's up a mountain. Yes, it's very remote. But, wow, it sure is civilized for being in such a remote and private location. we enjoyed ourselves for days, seeing only birds, deer and feeling the wind and sun. Such a great escape. The house itself is newer, with everything you need for comfort and every window has a stunning view. For connectivity, my phone (T Mobile) had 5g signal in the realm of 380 Mbps! Thanks to Ron for sharing this wonderful place. Thinking of when we can get back already.

We had the most incredible stay at this cozy cabin! Surrounded by breathtaking nature and the peaceful sound of nearby waterfalls, it was the perfect relaxing getaway for our family. The cabin itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Foster was a lovely and responsive host. Waking up to birdsong and sipping coffee with a view of the waterfalls was absolute magic. Highly recommend if you're looking to unplug and recharge in nature. We're already dreaming about our next visit!

Part of me wants to say the place is awful, because then it will have more availability for when I want to come back. Because truthfully, it’s stunning. I didn’t want to leave. Gorgeous, well-stocked with spices and cooking oil and the like, plus it’s clean and well taken care of. Incredible views greeting you every hour of the day. Host is communicative but not annoying. Just an absolutely perfect place to stay. Book it. You’ll love it!

A Gem of Place. Grateful for the relaxation and the amazing sound of the river over rocks. The A frame is very well designed even for tall people and has many thoughtful inclusions. It was also very comfortable and you can tell that Tree Line Rentals does a great job of housekeeping and maintaining the kitchen spaces.

We stayed at Nickey’s place with our three kids and one dog. We found it to have plenty of room for all of us and probably the best amenities I’ve ever experienced from an AirBnB. The coffee maker was so good I’m going to buy one for myself. I’d also be very curious to know what soap (shampoo, conditioner, body, and face) they use because it was so good and didn’t flare up my eczema. We played multiple of the board games and ate some really delicious cookies that the host provided. The lock mechanism was simple to use and felt very secure. This was just an awesome home base for us in between our adventures. Might I recommend for any families visiting that you be sure to check Lake Lenore Caves, the Moses Lake Aquatic Center, and Blue Heron Park? Just killer spots to take the family. Had a great stay! The place is very clean and tidy. Very thoughtful decor. Kitchen is well stocked. Rainier NP is close by (approx 20 min drive). Be sure to check if the Ohanacopesh route is open during your stay.

Chris and Bonnie's place was a perfect spot in the rolling hills of Yakima. They had abundant special touches, snacks to eye masks and robes. Great value ~ to visit a beautiful place and feel like a local

The perfect little home on the river. We enjoyed being in nature with the beautiful view but also so close to town! A great place to relax and enjoy each other's company. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!:)

Shelly was a wonderful host—kind, communicative, and thoughtful. She added so many perfect touches to the stay, from complimentary fruit and muffins to providing everything you might need to enjoy the pool and hot tub amenities. The space itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable (the bed was so cozy, I’m seriously considering buying the same mattress!). One important note for future guests: this is a partially shared-space rental. While I felt the level of privacy was sufficient, I initially overlooked this detail when booking, as the exterior listing photos are of a different part of the home than the space you’ll actually be staying in. Just something to be aware of going in. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a gracious host!

Such a gorgeous property! Had a great visit with family and made wonderful memories in this beautiful home very kid/ infant friendly.

What can I say, this was an absolutely stunning stay! The views are so serene and peaceful, and looking out at the water from the couch was incredible. We had everything we needed to cook a nice meal, and shared our complimentary bottle of cider. Our dog loved the property, he was happily running around the beautiful grass lawn. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot with great views of Mt Adams. Close to White Salmon and Hood River. It is a tight space, but that wasn't an issue for 4 of us.

Paul's place was great, easy to access and everything as described. We had a comfortable stay and even spotted bald eagles and otters! Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Mish’s place! The cabin was cozy, peaceful, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-stocked, and the hot tub was a definite highlight. Mish was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature.

Beautiful house right on the water! Very clean, dog and kid friendly, well stocked, and close to great hikes and fun activities on the OP! The only item I’d like to point out was there is no photo of the 3rd bed - it’s kind of squeezed into an alcove so we had some grandparents who very nicely had to squeeze and or climb to get into the bed! Not a problem but just an FYI. The view from this house’s deck and dock were incredible - we immediately felt relaxed and at ease. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a wonderful find! We decided to book this cabin as a little break while driving back to Bainbridge Island from Moses Lake at my son’s graduation. Jonathan had one night available and was very responsive in settling our booking and instructions as we were driving to the house. The property and the cabin are beautiful and are perfectly situated to take advantage of the amazing view. The kitchen and sitting spaces are beautiful and the loft bedroom is extremely cozy. We love that there was no extra fee for bringing our dog (and he liked the setting as well). You can hear the river inside the house and it creates a very peaceful natural background sound. We had a wonderful night sleep. We did not take advantage of the beautiful tub upstairs, however, the downstairs shower was absolutely wonderful. I really like the heated floor. We can’t wait to come back again and stay longer to enjoy this wonderful relaxing space. Thank you, Jonathan and Kolby for such a great stay!

Susan's cottage is a total gem. Absolutely beautiful setting on a tiny piece of heaven. So well done with many thoughtful surprises throughout (s'mores set up, outdoor shower, dog bowls, woodwork throughout and updated bathroom). I thought the interior might be too kitschy but it was all around perfect for my mother-daughter get-away with dog. There was also a dog fence that could be put up after you pulled in the drive allowing for a fully contained area for your pooch (when the tide is up). The proximity to the water was astonishing with just a few steps to the beach. Check to make sure kayaks are fully functional. At full tide you feel like you're floating on a house boat. Also, since this is a dead end the traffic is minimal. I've stayed on many places on the hood canal and there is always road noise, not in Tahuya. Very peaceful. Slept 10 hour both nights. I can see why people come back. Next time we will try the oysters.
