Georgetown! Private bathroom-peace community-cats

Bring loving vibes to a super-basic room at a low price. There is one twin bed and a pull-out sofa bed in two spaces separated by a wall. In our nonprofit peace house, you only pay a share. We don't take a profit. Two cats live here. (This won't work if you're allergic or don't like cats). Also, NO laundry or parking. This is a great deal, so you agree to help. There are sheets for you to make your own bed. Please remove shoes at the front door. Black Lives Matter! LGBTQ+ friendly/affirming.

We are moments away from the USMC Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery & The Lincoln Memorial—close to the Courthouse Metro (10-15 min walk) and even closer to Washington, DC—only a 5 minute Lyft ride!

Close to Pentagon, DCA for solo traveler only!

This room is best suited for a quiet, solo traveler. The second guest needs to pay $30/night extra. You have your own bedroom with a Queen bed, but share bathrooms with other guests. High-speed Wi-Fi, over-the-air HDTV, free laundry. The room does NOT come with off-street parking. Free parking along the street, bus stop around the corner, metro station is 15 min bus ride away. Kitchen/dining/living rooms are shared with everyone else in the house.
