The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a mezzanine, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace. It was renovated in 2024, it is located in the center of the village of Coltines. Ideally located you will find nearby the airfield, Lioran ski resort, Prat de Bouc, Garabit Viaduct, the towns of Murat and Saint Flour, many rivers and the GTMC road. Beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with a double bed + a single bed), and a shower room. Guests can enjoy our garden, for walks, children can enjoy a playground as well as a trampoline.
