Localities nearby are: - the village of Colombier le Jeune (5 minutes) which has many shops - grocery, butcher, bakery - and a summer market - Boucieu le roi (15 min) – a village of character with nearby railbike track - Tournon-sur-Rhône and Tain l'Hermitage (20 min) with historic railway line, chocolate manufacturers Valrhona, wine cellars Hiking trails start near the house.

The old mill

Former oil mill that has become a dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Detached house with gated courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room and a bathroom (walk-in shower and bathtub 150) + toilet. On the top floor, the renovated attic offers a large space with 2 single beds.
