This accommodation includes an equipped kitchen, a furnished living room with balcony, a bathroom and a separate toilet, 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with two single beds). Outside, a landscaped garden area is reserved for tenants only. Accommodation accessible by a footbridge, easy parking both inside and outside the house. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores are a 5-minute walk away.
