Vacation rentals with lake access in Collier County

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's house. The house was very clean and there were several things for us to use at the beach, which was great! The neighborhood was a little loud at night but nothing too crazy. There is another small property in the back that has a tenant just FYI! but they have a separate bathroom so only the driveway is shared. Gabriel was also very responsive if we were missing anything in the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. Everything was in perfect working order, and we didn’t encounter a single issue during our weekend stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Tucker’s beautiful home in Naples, FL! The house was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a holiday getaway. The pool was a major highlight, and the serene lake view made every morning feel like a peaceful retreat. Tucker was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that he allowed us to bring our dog, even though the property typically doesn’t allow pets. That kind gesture made our trip even more special! We had a few internet connection issues during our stay, but it didn’t hinder our experience at all. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Naples

Incredible Stay at Casa Pina! We had an amazing experience staying at Casa Pina! The home was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. Tania was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip so much smoother. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

Took my daughter who just graduated from college along with a friend and my son who just finished his freshman year at college to Fort Myers for a summer vacation. The location of this home was perfect for us. We were able to easily visit 3 beaches... Forty Myers (which is great), Sanibel Iland and Naples. Lot's of shopping, Publix and Walmart are very close. Went to PopStroke... Eat, Put and Drink. Very fun place and close. The house itself was perfect. Very clean, plenty of room, great kitchen and the rear patio and pool area were awesome. Spent every morning on the dock sipping coffee and watching for the dolphins which showed up regularly. The host was great and very helpful. As I mentioned to the host, I would rate this place and its location a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Unfortunately, my wife could not make the trip due to a last minute work emergency but she wants to come with me to experience it all so it looks like we will be making a return to this home. THANKS!

The condo unit is very nice- Everything is new- Nice comfy couch, nice bedding and new bathrooms- The kitchen is easily functionable with new appliances- The pool area is very pretty- we’d suggest an update in the pool furniture as it is older- and perhaps a few more lounge chairs if room would allow-

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

The space and especially the outside area overlooking the lake is absolutely beautiful. The check in/out process was a breeze and the host is very communicative and helpful. No complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views of Gulf & Tigertail lagoon. Perfect location to watch sunset from the deck. Linda's place has comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture & well decorated. My husband & I enjoyed our stay. Hope to plan another stay in the future!

Adorable apartment . Very clean and a great location. We felt right at home. Loved the simplicity yet upscale look to it. Responsive host. We will return . Highly recommended.

Great place. Clean, good location. Very walkable. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals as well, which I appreciate. Host was responsive when needed and friendly. Beds were super comfortable!

Excellent space for a quiet get away!

Olivia is an AMAZING host! She was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The location of this stay is beautiful - right on a pond with exciting wildlife - birds, turtles, etc. and walking distance to the beach. Clean, nicely updated. No complaints whatsoever!

Place was perfect. The gentleman that checked us in was awesome!!!!!! Next time we come to town we will definitely be seeing if you have availability!!!

This home and stay was absolute perfection. From the super clean and GORGEOUS entry to the phenomenal view and heated pool, this place felt like a home away from home with a little slice of paradise. Everything about this place was amazing and we would stay here a million times over. Couldn’t think of a better place to lend a relaxing and yet still perfectly fun vacation!

I had asked for a later check-out and received no responce. It all worked out I would recommend this to everyone we will return
