Vacation rentals with a patio in Colli al Metauro

Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Kevin's house is a gem. As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the great personality of the house, tastefully and stylishly furnished. Impeccable cleanliness. Everything was so clean that it seemed like it was the first time anyone had entered. The house is a two-room apartment suitable for 2 people but also 3 (we were 2 adults, a child of 1 year and 5 months and a medium-sized dog). Excellent location! Far from too much movement but in 6 minutes by car you can reach the sea and pedestrian area. 200 meters from the house there is the resistance park, excellent for those who want to walk, train, relax and for those who have small children or dogs. I have to say everything was perfect. The attention to detail was great and Kevin was an attentive, present and always available host. I'll definitely be back

Lovely host and great apartment. The bathrooms are very modern with fantastic showers and the house is spacious. We only stayed one night for a short family beach holiday in Rimini.

We really enjoyed our stay in Petra's apartment. it is really well located , very bright and spacious with two small balconies, one of which we used. Everything you need is there. It is very comfortable and we felt right at home very quickly. The bikes were great and used them most days to cycle to Misano Adriatico on the cycle paths as well as around the town. Though we never met Petra she allowed us an early check in which was perfect and her sister who lives above was really helpful and friendly. The Boulangerie 2 mins walk away is amazing! highly recommend the Cafe Dad in Misano ,near the station. We would love to return!

Really amazing apartment, more beautiful than in the photos. There's a new bathroom. In addition to the table and chairs, there are two sun loungers on the terrace. Look for a beautiful beach in front of the house. Close to restaurants, coffee and beautiful walks. Max was a fantastic host, very nice. We didn't want to leave and I believe that we will return sometime.

We had a wonderful week at Giuliano's. We especially loved the wonderful garden. A small oasis, on the edge of a well-kept complex. Ample beautiful garden furniture available. In the morning we were mostly on the road, then the garden in the midday heat was a real treat. The bed is very comfortable. Beach within walking distance (beautiful free beach, with enough distance to the street) and also many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Giuliano himself was a fantastic host, always trying to make our stay even more beautiful, always available, reliable and extremely accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality and we hope to see you again.

Location immersed in the tranquility of the greenery, clean and always accessible swimming pool: it is the ideal place to relax. Stefania welcomed us very well, as if she had known us for a long time, showed us the spaces and gave us useful directions for the stay. Absolutely recommended!

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

The stay at Andreas and Natchana's was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Caterina's house is very welcoming and comfortable, with attention to every detail, the location is quiet and convenient to reach the wonderful nearby villages. Our stay was very pleasant. Caterina knows how to pamper her guests.

We had a great week at Silvia's house. From the first moment, we really felt at home. The view from the house of the lake is beautiful and the sunsets are magical. The house itself is genuinely equipped with all comforts. The beds are wonderful, the bathrooms are perfect and the kitchen is very extensive. Furthermore, it is also noticeable that everything is really super clean and tidy. A lot of time and effort has been put into having everything perfect. The surroundings are of course magnificent. You have the beautiful lake in your backyard, but you are also in Tuscany. So there is plenty to see and do. Silvia is also a very nice and kind host. Communication is very pleasant and fast and she sends a very detailed explanation and tips before your arrival. And if there are any questions in between, she is immediately ready to help you. We hope to be returning one day.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

Host available, friendly, we immediately established a friendly relationship. We had a wonderful boat trip with him on the Conero Riviera, with detailed explanations of the area. We thank Francesco for the fantastic stay.

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

We had a very friendly welcome when we arrived at the destination. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The area and surroundings, the yard and the swimming pool were lovely. Thank you!

Tommaso is a very welcoming and helpful person. He recommended a great place to dine with stunning views. We had a great time, a lovely, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic center. A place of peace and nature around, where you can relax from the daily routine. We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

Lovely apartment, super active host and no problems encountered. Perfect location, you can easily walk there, parking 5 minutes away covered for a fee, daily rate €12 Highly recommended !!!
