Vacation rentals with a patio in College Township

The place was just like the photos and description. Well taken care of for sure. I wish we knew the second bed is a couch bed, not sure id have wanted to sleep on it but worked out great for my kids. I'd stay again for sure.

We visited the area to attend a graduation at Penn State and it was the perfect place to stay. Amy and her husband were so welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They were thoughtful with prepping the apartment with some toys for our toddler as well as setting up a pack n’ play which made our stay so smooth. We were minutes away from the Penn State campus but the neighborhood was still quiet. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quaint, comfortable place near campus.

This was our second stay. The space was quite comfortable and adequate for our needs. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than we had planned.

This was perfect for 2 people. Chris was great about giving clear instructions where to park and how to get in. The bathroom was very well lit (great for doing your makeup), with plenty of hot water, shower pressure and nice, plush towels. Only a 20min drive to Hershey Park. The only downside was the lack of curtains in the bedroom. I'm a light sleeper so I was up with the sun. But that can be easily remedied with curtains or just being an eye mask. Otherwise, it was quiet and there's a nice river walk right across the street. What a steal!!

This was a clean, well-cared for spot, right in town and very convenient for walking to shops nearby for my niece's graduation. Ryan was responsive and helpful in all communications. We would stay here again for sure!

Enjoyed my short stay. If you are looking to get away from the crazy of Penn State, this is a good option. Easy to get to Penn State, far enough from all the people. Home was very clean and I felt safe.

Highly recommend this lovely home conveniently located to grocery store, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Irina’s place has been the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far (and we’ve been on a road trip for the past couple of months). She was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The home itself is spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and even includes an office room, which was a huge plus. We had an amazing stay right up until the very end, when the washing machine unexpectedly stopped working. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to troubleshoot, it seemed to be a software issue that required more time and expertise to resolve. We felt bad that Irina had to deal with this, especially with another guest checking in on the same day we checked out. Despite the inconvenience, she remained respectful, kind, and professional throughout. All in all, we’d recommend this place 100%. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a fantastic choice!

Kristen's place was perfect for visiting the area! It was close to many of the things I wanted to experience in Bellefonte and only minutes away from State College. The open living room, kitchen and eating area were inviting and equipped for me to make meals.

The house is immaculate. By far the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Stephanie was a fantastic host. Clear instruction and very accommodating with check in and check out. The location is perfect for my event. Centrally located on campus. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Jesse was a great host to a wonderful stay. My extended family needed a place to lodge that would house all of us, and everything was very accommodating. Beautiful property, spacious home, and everything we needed for a comfortable night. We would have loved to stay longer and enjoy everything the home and surrounding area had to offer.

The inside of the home was beautiful! Just as pictured. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are nicer than any hotel in all of happy valley. The host gets back to you right away and it was more than enough space for my family!

Great place to stay! House was beautifully decorated and clean. Hosts were super responsive! We stayed for PSU graduation so it was close enough to campus but also in a quiet area so we got to relax after the hustle and bustle.

Sherry’s place was exactly what was described in the listing and even better in person. Our family of four enjoyed Memorial Day Weekend here and enjoyed the golf course and Clubhouse Restaurant. We will be returning again soon. Make sure you give this place a try!

Larry was an incredible host and responsive. Condo felt right at home, beautiful scenery and quiet. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I’d book again just to get away and relax. Worth it. :)

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had the best time! The hosts are the nicest people and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay! The hosts kept us posted on all of the fun activities on the mountain. We loved the fireplace in the condo. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

We LOVED this little condo in the woods! We were surrounded by beautiful forest, enjoyed the daily melody of bird song, & OMG the bed was so comfortable! I looked forward to getting into it every night & never wanted to leave it in the morning. The convenience of having the washer/dryer and full-sized appliances in the kitchen was like having a home away from home. Although we never got to meet Rose in person, she was always available through the app to ask questions. Admittedly, we weren't prepared for the long, winding journey to get to the condo & didn't realize it was so high in the mountains & isolated, but we still enjoyed the experience. The condo is close to a resort where you can ski in the winter & do other activities year-round. Our purpose for renting the condo was to scout out Pennsylvania & decide if this state will be our next home. Verdict? YES! Highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to get away from it all. Still only minutes to amenities, though!
