Es liegt zentral und ruhig und nur eine Gehminute (ca. 150 m) vom Waltherplatz (Stadtkern Bozens) entfernt. Die Aussicht über die Dächer und zum Bozner Dom ist einzigartig. Vom Bett aus kann man den Himmel und die Berge, am Abend auch den Sternenhimmel, sehen.

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.
