Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Il luminoso Appartamento con Balcone consiste in una stanza da letto grande con armadio, un' ulteriore spazio con un letto matrimoniale e armadio, e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Il bagno è stato appena ristrutturato, e c'è un corridoio con biblioteca. Il soggiorno con cucina è con vista sulle Dolomiti. L'appartamento ha un balcone perimetrale. La posizione è ideale per visitare il bellissimo Parco di Villabassa, ed è a pochi minuti dalla pista ciclabile, che si può percorrere fino in Austria.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Antholz Obertal abseits des Dorfes in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Wir sind umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, die Sie zur Erholung einladen. Im Sommer ist unser Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere bewirtschafteten Almen und unsere schöne Bergwelt. Im Winter können Sie die perfekt präparierten Pisten in unserem Biathlonzentrum und auf dem schönen Skigebiet Kronplatz nutzen. Außerdem befinden sich auch noch zwei Rodelbahnen zu bewirtschafteten Hütten im Antholzertal.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
