Great little hideaway in the mountains made the whole gang feel at home and everyone had a great time.

Josh's place was great. close to our activities, not far from restaurants. josh was very quick to respond and remedy the only issue we had, which was with the hot tub. the only thing we didn't have that I personally wish there was, was a broom. the place was clean but I hate feeling dirt on my feet inside, so I bought a broom, but that was my decision. great place, thanks Josh

We loved our stay at the mountain house! it really felt like home. Kyllan and Beth thought of everything! From the welcome book, fully stocked game room, pantry, and kitchen to the small touches that made our stay comfortable and welcoming (bathroom signs and other fun decorations). We are all looking forward to our next stay there!

We had the most incredible stay at Spruce Mountain Manor! The views were absolutely breathtaking—those expansive windows made it feel like we were on top of the world. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed, from the stunning décor to the warm, welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. Tanya was a phenomenal host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every question or need we had. Her hospitality truly made our three-day stay seamless and special. Spruce Mountain Manor is absolutely worth every penny, and we’re already looking forward to returning once the pool, jungle gym, and putting green are completed. It was an unforgettable experience and made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable yet. My entire family was in awe—thank you, Tanya, for helping create such lasting memories!

I had a great stay. The unit was clean and the host was very responsive. A bit bummed that the sauna and hot tub are unavailable in the summer but I knew that going in. Check in was easy and flexible but worth noting that if you're staying here in the summer you'll have to go to the office first which is about a ten minute drive from the condo in bethel. Well stocked kitchen as well.

Such a beautiful home. Every room is gorgeous, and especially clean. They had everything for a relaxing and fun weekend. Michael is super responsive, very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home to stay. It is truly worth it!

We had a great time staying with Bill and Nancy. The house was spotless, exceptionally well-equipped if you want to cook for yourself, and was a very homey spot for our family celebration. The location was beautiful -- right by the river -- and was convenient to most any adventures you'd want to undertake in the Northeast Kingdom. Only note: the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep and would pose problems for people with mobility challenges.

This stay was perfect. 🤩 Great place for a family. We were 20 minutes from Sherbrooke to go for a walk if needed. The beds were comfortable and the whole cottage is super friendly. The whole family loved it.

Our weekend was fantastic from start to finish Max was very responsive and the amenities were great. The home is just as advertised and right on the ATV trials which is why we chose the house. We highly recommend and will stay here again!

Amazing location. Very clean. High quality furniture. Nice mattresses/bedrooms. Updated appliances. Perfect for ATVers/utv/snowmobiles. Right on trail system. Close gas station. Private. Plenty of room for trucks/trailers. 10/10 would recommend .

If your looking for that log cabin in the north this is it. Very beautiful outside and peaceful atmosphere cabin had great interior aspects post and beams vaulted ceiling and an awesome fire place. Close enough to all Pittsburgh has to offer. Very stay and play.

We had a fantastic stay at Jacqueline’s place. Perfect for an ATV trip away, close to the trails and the beach, great fishing off the dock, plenty of parking, and the home was stocked with everything you need. We booked our next stay before this one was even over!!

Carolyn was a wonderful host! Always very responsive and helped us tremendously with recommendations. The home was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We loved the local themed Monopoly game (such a cute touch!) and appreciated having several game options on rainy days. We came to ATV ride and had a great time exploring the Jericho trail system, and also trails in Gorham. Multiple trail heads are a short ride from the home, and we loved coming back to relax and unwind in this cozy home away from home. I highly recommend staying at this home if you like clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces when you travel.

Our stay was great. Russell was in constant contact with us. he made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be renting from. him again!!

Beautiful home, in a nice secluded area but not far from the main road to get to other places. It was very clean and spacious! I will definitely stay again!

My family and I had the absolute best stay at Donna’s place! Exactly as described, my 3 kids (11, 13, 19) had a great time playing on our kayak and paddle board in the water first thing each morning. I enjoyed the roomy and well appointed kitchen. Hubby enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles on the screened in porch. We had everything we needed. We are already planning to come back next year!

We had an amazing experience while staying here. The host was very nice and responsive with any questions we had. The trails had amazing views and we enjoyed the hot tub.

We loved the easy access to snowmobiling trails! Home was well stocked and had lots of fun things to do! Space was even bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. Lindsay was very helpful and responsive and made sure the house was plenty warm for our single digit temperatures.

Second time we have stayed and both times great. Perfect location for snowmobiling, and nice big driveway that fits several trailers. Nice common area and kitchen and bedrooms and entire house comfortable and clean. Looking forward to staying again.

Patrica's place is absolutely stunning! the pictures doesn't give juste of how beautiful it it. the cottage is super well equipe with everything you can think of. Charming, cozy and the view is absolutely spectacular !!! Thank you again Patricia, we had an amazing time!!! 🙂
