Our lovely 70 m² apartment located in the heart of the Vallée des Vignes will suit you with its comfort. The residential area is ideal for resting and enjoying with the family, or for isolation in a peaceful and pleasant setting. Located 5 minutes walk from several shops and restaurants and 600 m from a shopping center, the city center is also accessible in 10 minutes by car. A bus stop located 2 minutes from the accommodation also allows you to get there.

Refurbished in 2022, the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen open to the living room and lounge.

The studio has a radiator, linens and towels included. Free parking in the quiet and well-lit street.
