The location is about a 10-minute walk from the old town. The apartment was nice and bright, especially the bed. We slept really well at this place! Conveniently downstairs in the house, there is a minimarket, café and kiosk. The car was also parked relatively easily on the adjacent streets. Four nights went by like a breeze.

I was in the studio the last week of May for 5 nights. Great accommodation for a single traveler, it may seem small but there is everything you need, high floor with elevator, possibility to cook, area from which it is easy to get around Modena on foot as I did and there are also several public transport options nearby if needed. Bars, supermarkets, bakery, and historic center nearby. I was received by Alessandro, who is very kind and can give excellent information on everything you need. So, it was a positive experience for me.
