Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just 2 blocks north of Cody's historic main street and convenient to everything! If you go north on 12th street you have public river access and a sweet walking trail! This little 2 bedroom home was built in 1927 and has been a labor of love to bring it up to date for all to enjoy! Please note, you do have to access the bathroom through the bedrooms and the second bedroom can be accessed from the deck or through the first bedroom!

We had a Wonderful Stay! The Hosts thought of everything and the unit was very welcoming, comfortable, and clean! The sound of the water was so relaxing to sit by in the evenings with a book and our children had plenty of fun things to do from the basketball court, trampoline, and inside activities! We even had deer pass by our window in the morning! We would definitely recommend this unit to others and will be rebooking for future visits!

We enjoyed every minute of our three-night stay here. Fabulous views, and a clean, quiet, comfortable place to relax. If you're a birder, this location will reward you with opportunities to spot several species, including pheasants, sandhill cranes, meadowlarks, bluebirds, etc. Wish we could've spent more time in Cody...just two days at the historical center/museum complex was not quite enough!

The Zula Lynn was a wonderful 'home base' to return to after a day of adventuring and exploring the area! Our family had plenty of room to spread out and relax, as well as great spaces to be together. The yard was private and prepped with a family picnic area. Vicki had games and activity supplies on hand for multiple ages to enjoy. Her "Book of Instructions" was very helpful, and I referred to it often. We have already decided that we want to stay at Zula Lynn again the next time we are in the area!

We loved our stay at this cute, clean and comfortable Cody home! I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay here again next year. The beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean! It was a VERY hot weekend and they had the house cooled down with A/C when we arrived. Great surprise after a long and hot car ride. The host's communication was on point. We enjoyed walking to the end of the road about one lot away to take in the beautiful views. Book it and you'll love it!

Jersey was very kind and helpful the entire trip- made sure we had everything we needed for our entire stay. Her home is beautiful in a perfect location- feels remote and far from neighbors for privacy but just a very quick drive into town if you need anything. Highly recommend! The sunrise views from the patio are unreal.

My son and I stayed in this absolute gem when visiting Wyoming. The house is lovely, well-appointed, and in the perfect location if you want to explore Cody and Yellowstone National Park. It was wonderfully comfortable and quiet after a day outdoors. Ivy is very welcoming, informative, and responsive to messages. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area!
