Grill-Fireplace to cook meat and vegetables, or sit by the fire. You can swim in the pool. There is a workshop if you enjoy creative activities. The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.

This modern newly renovated apartment is located in one of the most developed areas of Chisinau, on the 2nd floor of a 5-storey apartment complex. There are many cafes, restaurants, an amusement park, supermarkets, playgrounds, parks and lakes around, the area is very green. The apartment have an amazing panoramic view to the park, in here you will find always clean and nice atmosphere. Inside we have all the acomodation for you staying, wash machine, fridge, clima, TV,bed lengery, towels, as well all what you need for cooking. The flat is located in the central part of the city, near Kaufland, Shoping Malldova,direct public transport to the aeroport.

Андрей очень отзывчивый хозяин , общение, инструкция как попасть в квартиру и поддержка на протяжении всего пребывания . Квартира соответствует полностью фотографиям. Расположена в хорошем месте. Рядом есть всё и рестораны и бары до которых можно пройтись. Обязательно рекомендую и сама вернусь при необходимости.

A really great place to stay - clean, peaceful and exclusive. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place is very well based with a lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores (including Kaufland) within 3 minutes walk, yet no traffic distraction. I really recommend this exclusive place - great value !

Мы прекрасно провели 2 дня в этих апартаментах! Ванная была очень чистой, на кухне было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, а спальня — уютной и удобной. Особое восхищение вызвал потрясающий вид из окон — нам посчастливилось жить на 3-м этаже виллы, и он действительно сногсшибательный! Отдельно хочется поблагодарить Вирджинию — замечательную и доброжелательную хозяйку. Она не только помогла нам с поиском детского садика, но и была всегда на связи. Наша дочка чудесно провела время, играя с её сынишкой — несмотря на разницу в возрасте, они отлично поладили.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this apartment, and a big part of that was thanks to Ecaterina. She's not just a host who hands over the keys and disappears — she genuinely cares. She responded to every message with warmth and attention, offered helpful advice, and made me feel supported throughout my stay. You can really feel the kindness and care she puts into hosting. Unfortunately, I’ve had other Airbnb stays where things didn’t work properly and the host wouldn’t even reply — but Ecaterina is the exact opposite. She was present, attentive, and kind from the beginning to the end. Honestly, this apartment is worth booking just to experience what it feels like to be hosted by someone like her. So far, she’s the best host I’ve met on Airbnb. Highly recommended.
