Vacation rentals with a patio in Coco

Truly amazing stay. Laura could not of been a better host. From the start we felt right at home and Laura was kind enough to offer us rides to town to show us around. She made us feel right at home and her property is beautiful. For getting to town just use Uber, it’s really cheap! Casa Catalina is the perfect spot in Tamarindo and Laura could not have been a better more thoughtful host!

Will was an excellent host and the condo was in an excellent gated complex with access to amenities and many restaurants nearby.

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

Excellent place to stay if traveling to the Potrero/ Flamingo area! The property grounds and rental unit are beautiful; the pictures are exactly what you get upon arrival! I loved drinking coffee outside in the mornings and watching the monkeys play in the trees! Communication with the host and family was great, and they left a binder full of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, excursions, and more! I look forward to staying at the rental again in the future!

Solo female traveling alone. Felt immediately safe and comfortable in the gated community and walking alone to the beach and town. Friendly staff around who really care and take care of the property. Would highly recommend for your stay in Coco Beach! P.S. In case you play pickleball, check out The Club at Coco Bay which is a 5 minute walk. Day passes available. Buy at the desk, not online.

Clean, bright, airy apartment right on Potrero beach. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and a very well-equipped, spacious kitchen. 5-10 minute walk—via the beach if we wanted—to several excellent restaurants and a serviceable grocery store. Loved watching pelicans dive for fish from the balcony and the stunning sunsets.

You will not regret staying here. My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience here in cocoa. The view really is that good & the pictures really are accurate. We came during the off season and got great weather, little rain but mostly sunny, and we are already rebooking during peak season. We fell in love with Costa Rica here. Thank you Dean! Lovely condo we will be revisiting soon! If you come you have to go to the restaurant Mar Azul right down the street walking distance! Incredible food great service.

Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. The pool was the best part! We could have laid out all day long! Super fast hot water. Great view. Easy to communicate with!

This place was very nice. The location was very close to the beach - walkable - and to downtown Coco. The pool was also refreshing after a day at the beach! The property seems well managed and taken care of - making for a comfortable and stress free stay.

What an amazing-upscale property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our family of 4 stayed here and couldn't have been happier with the property, service, etc. One note, would highly recommend having a car rental to get around as its a private community tucked away on the side of a mountain with amazing views. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Views were stunning with an infinity pool. Huge kitchen and bedrooms. Beautiful home.

My family of 5 had an amazing time here! Our three boys (16, 13, and 8) loved the house, the pool, and the great vibe here. The house and surroundings are even better than the pictures, which is saying something since the pictures made it look like paradise. Monica was extremely responsive—more so than any host I’ve ever dealt with previously. They have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The area is gorgeous and Playa Grande is a cute town with great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I started off our honeymoon at The Spyglass. The views are incredible and we absolutely love Ocotal Beach and Father rooster. They have excellent ceviche!!! Super fresh and we own a seafood company so we know fresh! The pool was beautiful. The bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Powerful AC splitters in the bedrooms. We were very comfortable at Spyglass and definitely plan to go back. Cherie was extremely helpful answering any questions I had. She was very quick to respond.

Overall, our stay was great. It’s important to know what you are looking for while in Costa Rica. If you want a more private and quiet experience while still being close enough to some of the popular areas, this was great. However, if you want something that is more catered for tourists, like guided activities and all inclusives or anything like that, you might want to stay somewhere like Playa Flamingo or one of the other beach areas. Juan and Amanda were great hosts, very communicative and they had their property manager clean up the pool area a couple of times after the rain, which was considerate of them. Also, our favorite restaurant we went to during our stay was Hacienda Blu Beach Lounge. You definitely have to go if you stay at Casa Maraya!

This apartment is outstanding and comes with every amenity you could ask for — even a dryer, which is quite rare in Costa Rica. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the ocean views from both the master bedroom and the living room are absolutely spectacular. Frances is a wonderful host — very attentive and always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It truly exceeded our expectations.

Really a super cozy place for a family, we felt right at home, it has all kinds of amenities, impeccable cleanliness and the host is super friendly and attentive to us having an excellent experience... Definitely one of our favorite destinations, we'll be back soon!!!

Words can't describe how awesome Laura and Melissa are! Before we even our started our trip to Coasta Rica they both greeted us and explained instructions very clearly. Upon arrival, Laura promptly gave us a walk through on the property's amenities. Not one item within the property felt like it was unnecessarily placed, everything does its part to add to the beautiful esthetics of the home. If you're a coffee or tea in the morning I'll highly suggest have a cup in the morning and taking in the view from the balcony. From a comfort perspective, the a/c and hot water works great. Also, During our stay, Melissa helped organize a boat tour for us that was a blast. I could go on and on about the beauty of this place but I'll leave my review with this, if you ever find youself in the Playa del Coco area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend choosing this location as a way to supplement the memories you're going to make while visiting this beautiful country.

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

We had a very pleasant stay!

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.

Host was amazing. I came for a sporting event and had my daughter with me maiking it a bit stressful. Ana was very accommodating with check-in allowing for much needed flexibility.
