The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years.
