Vacation rentals with a patio in Coachella Valley

Christy’s place was perfect. As soon as we walked in we noticed it smelled great & how beautifully decorated it was. Amenities are great. Comfy bed, Smart TVs, snacks, candy, towels, pool accessories and they even have a hair diffuser for us curly haired girls. Bonus: this was my first Airbnb that had actual spices other than salt to cook!!!! The property is great. Quiet. Calm. Pool & jacuzzi right outside the patio. We didn’t want to leave. Christy was a great host and easy to communicate with. Look forward to staying here again soon.

The condo was lovely. It was clean and had everything we wanted. The accommodation overlooked the pool with a large balcony. There was a small cafe on site several days a week. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room comfortable. Nino and Allie made themselves available should we need assistance or advice, but our stay was trouble free. I am sure we will return in the future...highly recommend!

Had such a wonderful time here, though it was definitely too short! It has everything you need to have a relaxing and fun stay. I loved that I was able to bring my cat with me. Everything is made so simple with all the clear information there’s nothing to stress about!

Jay's place was honestly, perfect. The complex is lovely and charming. Jay's unit was clean and pristine. And Jay was an excellent host and communicator. I felt so at peace in the unit and at the complex and enjoyed the quiet environment - and at the same time the ability to get to anything I needed within just a few minutes by car. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in the Palm Springs area. Thanks for a great stay, Jay!

It was a great experience. This was a small family gathering trip and it all turned out amazing! From setting up the reservation to the end of the stay went just as she promised and we would definitely book through her again. Even though this is a Timeshare property you are renting time through directly with the hosted owner, she books it for you and it’s seamless. Thank you so much for a wonderful time away for the gathering.

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time at Viewtopia! A spacious and beautiful home, with 3 big bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Lots of room to make meals and mingle. The pool and spa were a big hit and fun to have during our hot days. Kai was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Palm Springs area. We didn’t rent a car for the entire time, but Ubered places plus walked to the nearby Albertsons. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday! Thank you Kai!

As always, this condo has met our expectations over and beyond. We've stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so hopefully - it is clean, spacious, is accurately advertised and described, and is extremely comfortable. It is very conveniently close to retail and grocery stores, movie theatre and plenty of restaurants. Lastly, there are plenty of nearby pools to choose from in the neighborhood. Absolutely love this place - booked it for a little surprise getaway for my fiancé and it was perfect. The pool was clean. The house was comfortable and if the weather is good, it’s very indoor-outdoor living. I highly recommend this place if you want a private getaway. Due to the landscape, the rolling hills hide neighboring houses, leaving you to your own private oasis. The grill worked perfectly and so did the outdoor speakers. Beds were extremely comfortable. 10/10 and I can’t wait to go back.

Terry’s home was beautiful, with very tasteful decor and art throughout. The home was in our favorite area in Palm Springs as it is quieter yet very convenient to access shops and restaurants. We were just a family of 3 but appreciate more spacious dwellings as it was nice to spread out and use the office space as needed or the various living room areas to relax and read the many books in the home. Communication was easy as Terry was very responsive and instructions clearly provided. The home was extremely clean throughout all indoor and outdoor areas. The mountain views from the pool were also lovely. We very much enjoyed our stay in this gem of a home and would definitely return!

A very unique house and a responsive host. If you want to get the true mid centrury modern vibe of Palm Springs, this is the place for you. A quiet neighborhood and close to both downtown and the airport. I'd definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay in La Quinta! The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing escape. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we needed, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that felt peaceful and serene. Mornings started with coffee by the pool and evenings with the sunset, will never get over the mountain view, truly unforgettable. The home is comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked, which made everything easy from the moment we arrived. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and luxurious desert retreat!

This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Britta has thought of everything you could possibly need and more! The grounds were very well maintained and it was quiet. The pool was perfect temperature and we often had it to ourselves. I highly recommend this place and hope to return.

Incredibly clean and stocked with everything we might need for a long stay. The bed was super comfy as well. The surrounding area was safe and within walking distance to old town La Quinta.

Amazing stay. The hosts were responsive and flexible. The home is simply perfect! High chair, pack and play for baby to sleep, and smaller utensils for a little one. I loved the theme rooms, without being overwhelmingly themed. The space made me feel right at home and wanting to come back.

Paul’s house is located within a resort, right next to two beautiful lakes with stunning scenery. The interior is incredibly clean, and the AC was set to a perfectly comfortable temperature. I highly recommend staying for at least two nights. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
