This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! You are required to use two (2) sets of stairs to access the suite. A security camera is located at the front door. Pets are welcome! Entrance is through owners front door with access code and then head downstairs to the rental suite.
