Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it. We had the most amazing time at Sarahs place. The flat is well equipped and very spacious and you cant help but feel at home. The beach is just 2 minutes away and it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Awesome relaxing home. We stayed over a colder long weekend, but the house was warm and cosy. The log burner was great. Fantastic place for a family to come and relax. Well supplied with appliances and provisions and Alvin is a great host. Can't wait to return in the warmer months.

The is an awesome little place, would be recommending to friends and family. Quick access to the dog friendly beach so great to have our pooch with us. Outside seating area was private and appreciated being protected from the wind. The place had everything you could need and more.

We had a brilliant 3 nights over the long weekend and experienced all seasons! Arrived to storms and the house was all toasty and waiting for us. Could hear the sound of the ocean from bed and it was so nice to watch the waves roll in from the lounge. House was very well stocked and comfortable. The beach and creek are beautiful and we met a sea Lion on our strolls. Loved out stay. And Dale was very communicative, checking in on us via text during the rough weather.
