I have stayed in many places. Massimo's place is by far the best. He takes great care of the guests and is very kind and welcoming. His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. He is also very good at providing information and is excellent at communication. Thank you for everything we will be definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We were travelling with a 10 month old baby and we had all the things we needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The flat is amazing! Also parking the car was easy and safe. The pool area was a cherry on top! We would like to come back one day.

This stay was perfect, everything we had hoped for. Such a lovely place and on arrival we felt right at home, just like the name it was very comfortable and I’d happily come back. The flat was perfect, the balcony was amazing to step out on to every morning and the hosts were extremely helpful and kind with the quickest replies we’ve had yet. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a truly beautiful stay here at Patty Zu. You could not ask for a more stunning view and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The weather was very hot so the aircon was much appreciated. Would definitely go again.

Wow wow wow! What a great stay! We stayed for 5 nights with 3 guests in this wonderful place! We were welcomed, found car parking super easy, entered a wonderful styled and perfectly clean apartment with all kitchen amenities you might need. Nico also gave us some great recommendations and was super friendly. The most beautiful time of the day was the breakfast mornings on the balcony ❤️❤️❤️ We will definitely come back ❤️💚✨

The place was clean and tidy. The train did not run, so it was quiet on the rails. The walls are extremely light-sounding, you can hear the neighbors talking.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

It was something absolutely unique! The apartment is located at the very top of the building, so we had one of the most beautiful views we have ever seen – it was breathtaking. The building has an elevator, and the entire facility is amazingly clean – really immaculate. The apartment itself was beautiful, well equipped and very well maintained. The area is quiet, peaceful and perfect for relaxation. We had a swimming pool – shared with other guests, but because there are few apartments in the building, we practically had it only for ourselves. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and explained everything thoroughly – also when it comes to the nearest attractions. We are delighted and wholeheartedly recommend this place! The apartment is very nice and communication with Luca was straightforward and he responded quickly to messages. The area is pleasantly quiet and you can quickly get to the neighboring towns by public transport. We would come back anytime:)

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charming asset: the spa and jacuzzi with stunning views of the lake. 😍 A big thank you to co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in exchanges before, during and after our stay. Anyone travelling to Milan don’t stay anywhere else. This apartment was amazing for me and my mates we had a great time. Cleaner was round everyday to keep it spotless, location is in walking distance of everything, and the hosts were amazing!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

We had a wonderful stay in Giampaolo's apartment. The location is simply unbeatable, with a beautiful view of Salò and private access to Lake Garda. His mother lives downstairs and was always happy to see our baby and provided us with homemade treats. We hope to come back soon and can recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
