It is located in a residential area with few tenants close to Iulius Mall with easy access to the center and the airport (being positioned on the main artery of the city). The bus stops are a few minutes' walk away and have connections to all the districts of Cluj city. The location is very easy to find, in an ideal area close to shops (Lidl, Kaufland, Leroy Merlin, Selgros).

My place is in a quiet area, within 15 min walk of the buzzing Old Town and city centre. World Class luxury spa & gym is just across the street, pizza gets delivered in minutes and the public transport / taxis are around the corner.
