Locuința este de tip studio, 36 m2, cu balcon cu vedere spre oraș.

There are 2 small studios ( approx. 10 sqm each) situated in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden- a very quiet&relaxing area, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center. Maximum capacity: 1 person/studio. All of the attic studios have almost the same surface ( aprox. 10 sqm) and the same utilities&facilities. Bathroom in the room&private, with a shower. Please pay attention that they are lofts and the ceiling may be low to some parts of the studios.

My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The XVIIth century building is fully renovated recently :-)

Lovely loft Iris

Lovely new flat, which can accommodate up to 4 people, fully equipped, with balcony and free parking on the street. It is situated next to the tram and bus station, 200 m from Auchan supermarket and 15 min drive from Airport. Keep in mind that the flat is 2m high. No parties or other guests are allowed.
