Refurbished Duplex Apartment in Historic Italian Village

This two bedroom, one bath unit offers private parking for up to four cars; private entry; it's own patio and a semi-private backyard (shared with the other side of duplex). A nice double-sized air mattress is also available with extra bed linens. Also included in the unit are a private W/D for use, ironing board, toiletries, wifi, ROKU and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests have access to half of the parking pad in back (fits up to four cars, stacked). Directly behind their side of the unit. We live in the unit next door. We are available as needed and you may see as as we come and go but aim to keep our interactions limited so as not to interrupt your experience. However, if you should need anything we are there to help. Located in historic Italian Village and part of the vibrant Short North Arts District, the neighborhood is rich with activity. Worth checking out are the new gym, brewery, and pool. The area is filled with galleries and dining destinations. Fortunately so much entertainment can be had within walking distance. However, Columbus does have Uber, Lyft, Bird Scooters, Lime Scooters (and Bikes), CoGo (Free city bikes) and more. We were in town for The Memorial Golf Tournament in Dublin. Just a short drive to the course and the area was easy to navigate. The neighborhood was friendly. The residence was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area. We will stay again for the tournament.

Valerie's house was absolutely perfect for our large family group in town for a wedding. Everything was spotless, super comfortable beds. Although on a busy road we were always able to park right outside the house. Communication with Valerie was great. Highly recommend.

Clean and safe in a great neighborhood!

We stayed here for over a month (2 adults) with 1 dog. The house is completely stocked with everything you need and is larger than the pictures make it seem. The master bath has a huge Jacuzzi tub with jets which was a miracle for my back pain on many nights. We had weekly home chef delivered and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals. the neighbors are very quiet and kind when walking the dog and passing by. Several deer would frequent the backyard which was a joy to observe. we both work from home and had plenty of space to set up work spaces independent from each other while still being on the same side of the house. our one and only slight complaint would be that there is one sole tv. We ended up moving it to accommodate our needs but that's the tiniest little nitpick. We will absolutely book again when we return to Columbus. it was over Xmas and New Year's holidays and to our delight there was a small Xmas tree which we took full advantage of. 5 stars.

He was so flexible, even while we were all confused :) He helped us way more than should be expected, and it was truly appreciated! The home was wonderful - great location, wonderful inside and out! We walked everywhere we wanted to go the entire trip! Cannot recommend Kevin and his rental enough!

This cute Airbnb was perfect! Lynn is an excellent host with great communication that goes above and beyond. There was a power outage due to a thunderstorm right before my check in which caused the smart lock to malfunction. Lynn contacted me immediately, and together we resolved the issue. The location is right across the street from a huge outdoor mall which is so convenient. I would highly recommend this Airbnb when in Ohio!

I was in Columbus working at the Ohio Theatre for a week and Jessica's place could not have been more perfect! She provided crystal clear instructions for finding and getting into the place and I had no issues. The free parking spot in the nearby garage was a huge plus. The space itself is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bed is super comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well-supplied. Being right off the Commons was lovely and provided a nice view from the windows. Highly recommended!

The apartment was excellent. It was easy to locate, and the parking was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The host was highly responsive and the check-in and checkout instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the Columbus area.
