A really nice apartment! You can tell the host put a lot of work into it to make it so comfy and cute! Great hosts too, quick responses and kind suggestions. The neighborhood is also very peaceful and pretty!

Our 2nd time staying here and it was as fantastic as the first!

This was a great place to stay while working at the New York State Library for a week. I needed a place that was inexpensive and walkable but also somewhere where I could also work and write. It was clean and hassle-free. Aleks gave very thorough instructions but was otherwise hands-off unless I had a question and then he responded quickly. The apartment is in an urban environment but seemed perfectly safe. There is a Dunkin Donuts and great pizza place less than a block away as well as some popular bars, which made the whole area active but safe at night. It's a about 10 minute walk (down-hill) to the capital plaza. The parking place is a little inconvenient and frankly a little sketchy looking (behind the nearby Sunoco gas station and around the corner from the apartment), but it worked out great and saved me a lot of money on parking. I would definitely stay here again if I need to work in Albany again.

Welcoming host whom was easily assessable. Cottage with charm and homey feeling. Kitchen area contained what was needed to prepare meals. Bed and bedding comfortable, made for a good night’s rest. Full bath clean, easily assessable, containing hair dryer, shampoo,conditioner and body wash. Large bath towels were a plus. Outdoors near parking were beautiful purple and yellow irises in bloom. Quiet neighborhood .

My boyfriend and I loved staying at John’s place for Memorial Day weekend! Close to SPAC and a cute town with lots to do. John was very helpful and had clear directions and instructions which made check in and check out extremely easy. John had reached out to us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Great deal! The place was more spacious than we expected. Clean and incredible location. Would be perfect for 3-4 people.

Had an excellent stay at Keith’s place! Everything was clean and as described. Keith even reached out to us to let us know we can check in early if we wanted. It’s literally 2mins from Skidmore which is the reason we were there and I couldn’t recommend it more. Will be back when we are in town again.

This home was absolutely beautiful right across from the lake! Very spacious, comfortable, clean and decorated so nicely in a lake house theme with a gorgeous view and stunning sunsets of Saratoga Lake! It was perfect for our family and we felt right at home! The house had a bedroom and bathroom on each of the three floors, which was wonderful! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the amenities you would need and some delicious welcome cookies, which was so thoughtful! Henry from Peerless was great to work with from the start! Very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to come back again someday! We came in town for a family wedding and this house will always hold a special memory of our 3 day weekend! Thank you so much, Henry!!

We enjoyed our stay in Saratoga Springs. House is in a very quiet area within walking distance to the lake. No issues the entire stay. Loved the cottage feel of the house. Host is very responsive, and made our stay smooth.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean, beds were super comfy and the views stunning. Loved the furniture/decor. Scott was quick to respond to questions. We really had a relaxing, lovely time.

Kylie’s home is absolutely beautiful. We went for a girl’s weekend in Saratoga and had everything we could possibly ask for. The property was immaculately maintained with a furnished dock, access to the lake, fire pit, grill, Adirondack chairs, etc. The location was perfect, whether you want to take a quick 15 min drive to explore downtown Saratoga Springs, or just enjoy the property itself. Kylie and was a great host, very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again/ recommend. Thank you!

A Perfect Stay at Elisa's! Elisa's place was absolutely magical! Located in a charming yet convenient resort, this beautifully designed space instantly felt like home. Her communication was warm and helpful, and her local recommendations led us to hidden gems throughout the area. The spotless cleanliness and private garden oasis for morning coffee or evening drinks made everything perfect. Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a fabulous time up at Jiminy Peak and being right on the mountain at Shana’s place made it very easy to enjoy the many things to do. Shana is a great host and her unit was perfect for our family of 5. Our younger two tried counting all of the gnomes in every room. We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

I had a wonderful weekend staying in Joe’s airbnb. It was conveniently located to the town of Windham, waterfalls, swimming holes and a short drive to Zoom Flume. The place was equipped with everything needed and was spotless. We certainly enjoyed barbecuing on the deck and going into hot tub after a long day of hiking. We will definitely love to come back in the winter to sit by the fireplace and enjoy the view.
