Plein sud en Trièves, nous avons construit cette extension mitoyenne pour nos parents quand ils en auront besoin. En attendant nous le louons et nous soutenons aussi des artistes en résidence. Nous habitons juste à coté et c'est chouette de vous conseiller, vous prêter des cartes IGN, vous donner les bons plans, voire même vous préparer un repas. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Charming 45 m2 cottage, completely renovated, all comforts, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4* rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).
