Our stay at Kay's was very nice, my family and I stayed a couple days, and it was very cute and comfortable. The house was easy to get to and communicate with Kay. We especially loved meeting their dog Piper and spoiling her with pets. We'd gladly stay again.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, with updated furniture and a spotless kitchen. The hosts were responsive, proactive, and welcoming. The next-door neighbor did play music loudly at times, but the hosts addressed the issue promptly and professionally.

This was a business travel extended stay and this property was perfect for our needs. Fully stocked with anything we could have needed. Property owner reached out and offered to take care of anything. The house is well suited for multiple unrelated guests as was our case. Private rooms and bathrooms worked out well. Washer and dryer was a great perk for us. Great stay and will utilize this property on our next business trip.

Nice quiet safe neighborhood. Each room has been remodeled and neatly cleaned with its own fridge and microwave . We have ceiling fan and box fan in rooms as well. Relax on large back porches overlooking inground Pool and Hot tub. Conveniently located to town which has Walmart, fast food restaurants and Big Mike's Steakhouse all within 5 miles. New Thomasville Regional Medical Center is less than a mile away. Close access to all Paper Mills and Saw Mills. Sweet Southern Comfort welcomes you!
