Nice, comfortable and well-equipped studio at the ground floor of a villa, beside a wide garden with trees. Internal parking just in front of the studio. Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.

Although we were only there one night, I would highly recommend to others. It is well situated with restaurants all around and close to the port if you are going on a cruise. It had a well equipped kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. Orazio is very friendly and welcoming.

First, Dana was the most responsive and flexible host we have ever had. She goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable and responds right away. The place has a beautiful view, comfortable furniture including the bed. Great restaurants fairly close by on the water. Highly recommend this place! You will need a taxi to and from the port if you are cruising. Cost is about $20 to $30 euros. We had trouble arranging the return taxi but Dana to the rescue, she arranged a taxi for us. We would stay here again. Loved the views and loved having Netflix, prime, and Disney +. also you tube. Thank you, Dana!

I cannot say enough great things about Francesca’s place!! Super clean, modern, and close to the supermarket! Less than 10 minutes from the cruise port and train station. Host even picked us up from the cruise port and brought us to her place. She also arranged for us to be dropped off at the train station at the end of our stay. Cannot say enough great things!!
