After being traveling around the world during 2 years, we loved airbnb so much that we wanted to share our space with people who´d like to visit Madrid. The loft is located in a quiet residential area. It is modern and bright, and is in the Ventas neighborhood, located on the edge of the central almond. 2 minutes from the Metro (direct to Sol) and several bus lines, as well as an urban bike lane, which cross the city, with electric bike rental. It was a former 1950s cabinetmaking workshop, which I have transformed into a very practical studio, decorated with tools and images that I rescued from its previous use. It is unique! Also, you'll be just 20 minutes away from the city center also known as La Gran Via. Our location is close to restaurants and bars.

Beautiful and romantic apartment. Metro at the door. Quality.

The most important thing is the noise from the neighbors. I don't allow parties or drinking. Perfect cleaning included. Lots of light, quiet neighborhood, subway in front, you'll love it. Especially for couples or people who are taking exams, there is no noise. It fits 3 people. Wi-Fi. Super-equipped. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, I rent parking for a low price, as long as I don't need it. Note, I'm booking the whole weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.
