Vacation rentals with a patio in Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl

I stayed here for just one night, but it was a great experience. The space was unique and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The location in Polanco was perfect—walking distance to tons of amazing restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in CDMX.

The stay met all our expectations—the place was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The only hiccup was finding the property, as the listed address initially led us to a nearby dental office. Once we figured it out, everything went great! Very cozy and modern. I especially liked the big window view.

¡Nuestra estancia en la propiedad de Mariana fue excepcional! La casa es súper cómoda y moderna, ¡como de revista! Tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Además, está ubicada en un barrio tranquilo pero cerca de todo, así que podíamos salir a explorar la ciudad sin problemas. Mariana es la mejor anfitriona que hemos conocido. Siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, nos recomendó los mejores lugares para comer y visitar, y nos hizo sentir como en casa. ¡Hasta nos dejó unos detallitos de bienvenida que nos encantaron! Sin duda, volveríamos a quedarnos aquí. Si buscas un lugar cómodo, con estilo y un anfitrión de 10!

La ubicación es un poco insegura, no te puedes salir a caminar de manera arbitraria, sin embargo tienen seguridad, venía incluido un desayuno americano, bastante bien, solo que envían demasiados mensajes, deberían de estandarizar los mensajes necesarios para el alojamiento. En cuanto a la flexibilidad muy amables me cuidaron mi equipaje hasta la tarde por lo cual agradezco mucho, en general buen lugar para hospedarse pero tomando en cuenta que te tienes que transportar en Uber para mayor seguridad

We enjoyed our stay at Karina’s place and would definitely stay again! There was lots of space in the unit and a very nice covered outdoor sitting area. The bathrooms were nice with good water pressure in the showers (the bathrooms were a little small, as expected in Mexico City, but FYI if you need more space). The location in Roma Norte was great. It is close to great restaurants (we HIGHLY recommend Odette’s for pastries, Mi Campa Chava for a seafood lunch, and Blanco Colima for cocktails and/or dinner). Also, it is a short (/cheap) Uber to Centro Historico for sightseeing. There was a grocery store just down the street which was very convenient for bottled water and snacks. Karina was very responsive and ensured we had a great stay. 5/5 stars!

I loved Cindy’s place! I lived in CDMX for 5 years, so I know the area well. Though the Airbnb is in a prime area for tourists with a lot of activity, it’s a quiet street and community. Elena was extremely helpful in walking me through everything at check-in. Cindy was very responsive and provided all the necessary details without me having to ask. All the basics are provided and the building is very secure with a 24h doorman. Great small cafe across the street that opens early if you happen to be an early riser. All of the restaurants and things to-do in Condesa and Roma are within a 30 min walk or 10 min uber ride. Though it’s a studio, the layout and furniture are well placed and there’s plenty of space for two people (or one with a lot of luggage). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a conveniently located, spotless but comfy airbnb!

El apartamento es pequeño pero perfecto para 4 personas si son buenos amigos o familia, ya que a alguno le tocará dormir con alguien, Jorge muy amable y resolutivo, nos ayudó en todo, gracias Jorge

La persona que nos recibió fue muy flexible, atenta y todo fue muy claro. La casa es espaciosa, comoda para varias personas. Y tiene todo lo necesario. Una cosina y comedor amplio.

We had the most incredible stay here! Location is incredibly walkable with SOOO many restaurants and shops nearby. The place felt very safe and secure and so peaceful with the courtyard garden views and singing birds. Place is bigger than pictured- a great option for those that would like to have their own space and privacy. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

This was a fantastic stay. Giordana was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She made everything easy and seamless, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is in a great location—right in the heart of the city, with tons of local flavor all around. My girlfriend and I had no trouble finding restaurants, street food vendors, and interesting things to do, all within walking distance. One of the main reasons I chose this Airbnb over a hotel was for the space, and it absolutely delivered. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The only minor downside was a neighbor’s dog that barked all day, but that’s just part of city life. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, and of course it’s not something Giordana could control. If you're choosing to stay in an urban area—especially one this central—some ambient noise is to be expected. Thanks Giordana!

El departamento está tal y como se ve en las fotos, está en una buena ubicación para lo que necesitaba, la atención de Noe fue buena en todo momento, aceptó mi reserva de último momento y nos recibieron a altas horas de la noche, definitivamente lo recomiendo

We stayed here for 6 days. The host was wonderfully responsive, whether it was for questions before our trip, or to investigate a noise from the store below. Very close to the Sevilla station and walking everywhere. It was off of a main road, so it was a little noisy, but it didn’t really affect us. I do wish there were more pillows for the bed, and we did have to run out and grab some soap for the shower (shampoo and conditioner were provided, which was great) but that was not a big deal. We LOVED the air conditioning, which is super rare for Mexico City. A wonderful location and host, we highly recommend staying here!

Lugar bonito, acogedor, limpio y seguro. La limpieza excelente, ubicación estaba bien para nosotros. Abril siempre atenta, amable y clara, el precio súper Justo y accesible. Tal cual como se ve en las fotos es así el alojamiento. Nos gusto mucho estar ahí! Gracias

El departamento superó mis expectativas, super bien equipado. Si bien el edificio no es tan lindo ni nuevo, como remodelaron el departamento parece otro lugar. El balcon si bien da al pulmon de la manzana, tiene vista bastante abierta y da el sol. Ademas hay una mesita con enchufe y pude trabajar desde ahi. El equipamiento de cocina es super completo: cafetera de filtro, prensa francesa, ollas, sartenes, tostadora, microondas... de todo. Y ademas algo que suma mucho es que tiene filtro de agua potable. Tiene dos baños, tambien super equipados y lavadora y secadora. Es muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, por lo cual se puede descansar muy bien. El trato y la atención de Ren fue impecable. Necesite instrucciones con la cafetera y contesto de inmediato, super atento a todo. La zona en si es la zona rosa, no es lo mas top de CDMX pero esta cerca de todo y se puede andar tranquilo. Definitivamente super conforme y lo volvería a elegir! Muchas gracias!

Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful apartment with lovely decorations and all the necessary amenities. Adrián was proactive in communicating with us about check in and made sure he was around to let us in. He gave us tips and recommendations and was available for any questions we may have along the way. The apartment was off the main Street so very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying here on our next visit to CDMX!
