I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

We stayed for just one night. The accomodation was nice and clean. The host was responsive and accomodating.

We booked this place for our helper, driver and dog to stay in for the weekend during a wedding and it was perfect. Jannette was so nice and very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. She was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple, comfortable place to stay in the Nuvali area.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful—clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like providing essentials such as toothpaste, shampoo, and other toiletries. There was also access to laundry, which was a big plus for me. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Hosts Philip and Riz were very responsive, provided us with very useful information before and on day of check-in, and reasonably accommodating with requests. The house was clean and smells clean. Looks as it is in the photo and everything they said they would provide, were there. Their staff, Danilo, who was there at check in, was very informative and helpful. Location was near every place we planned on going to and peaceful at night. All in all, we highly recommend this place. Should we have the same number of people going to Tagaytay, we would definitely book here.

Aj has been a wonderful host. He’s very quick to respond in my inquiries. The place is situated just outside SM Santa Rosa so getting essentials and shopping is very easy. The place itself is well decorated and has comfortable mattress & pillows. Just a small thing - the place didn’t have any flat iron and ironing board available just in case you need to iron your clothes. But it wasn’t much of a big deal for us. Will recommend staying here and will definitely be staying here again.

Host was very precise with instructions and very friendly. The place was very relaxing and my whole family enjoyed the stay and rested well. Food was also very convenient if you dont have the time to go out. They have very affirdable meals available. We rested very well in our 3 days 2 nights stay. Ms. Lady was a great host! She accommodated my last-minute request regarding the number of guests. Most of all, she recommended an activity (Fountain of Lights Festival) that my kiddos enjoyed! The apartment felt like a home away from home. The place has a beautiful and calming energy. The view of Tagatay is uninterrupted. It’s located a short walk from malls and supermarkets and everything you need. We would have stayed longer as we loved exploring Tagatay. Our host was very helpful and communication was prompt. affordable. accessible. as in katabi lang ng EK. malapit lang din sa Walter Mart, madami na din resto sa loob. As for the unit, sakto lang for a family of 4. complete amenities. pwede mag luto, may ref inside, may elec kettle, may hot shower. towels and toiletries were provided too. and malinis yung unit pag dating namin. madami din piilows. As for the host, Miciel is very accommodating. Responsive. kami nga yung di naka reply agad. nag text sya sa cp. mag send din ng reminders before check in and check out of the unit.

Second time at Vicka's place. Host is friendly and responsive as always. It is really worth every penny. I liked that the car parking is not difficult and even though sometimes we have to park at the open space, it still looks safe. The area overall feels safe and the security staff of the building are friendly. Vicka's place is really good and practical, specially if you will stay for some weeks. 💕

We enjoyed hospitality and the free fresh bread, pandesal, and jam. It was a small place for a family of three but the condo was clean and charming. Very close to many restaurants and Ayala mall. The fresh bread, pandesal, and jam was delicious and nice to have every day for breakfast with the coffee. Thanks again!
