Vacation rentals with a patio in Ciputat Timur

This is my second time staying at Simon's place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! I spent a week here with my family, and it was super comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk to AEON Mall Tanjung Barat. Having a supermarket and restaurants nearby made it so easy to grab groceries and enjoy great food without traveling far. The apartment has everything I need. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils, and even a rice cooker, which was perfect for me since I was there for a week and could cook meals for the whole family. Plus, there’s a washing machine, so no worries about laundry! The room itself is spacious, and the furniture is well-designed and very comfortable. The facilities are top-notch, with a gym, swimming pool, and jogging track, so there's plenty to do. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next time!

The place is really great! Clean spotless and very fragrant. Bed and chairs are very clean! Felt very welcome with lots of amenities provided. Very much recommended for people looking for a place to stay in the area!

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. It boasts a very high level of accommodation and surroundings even in Jakarta. The swimming pool, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are all very good. A place I'd like to stay again next time.

Our family LOVED our stay here - the kids didn’t want to leave! So many fun toys and games. Indira left clear instruction and thoughtful touches which made it a great stay. We will be back!
