Apartment vacation rentals in Villaviciosa

This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

The small apartment is cozy, tastefully furnished. The city beach is very close and invites you to swim and stroll in fine weather. Just outside the door is also a larger park and shops and sights are within easy walking distance. The entire contact with the landlady was very friendly and pleasant.

Everything was more than clean and tidy, completely pristine. It's the best apartment I've ever stayed. Avelino has always been attentive to everything, he responds almost instantly. It's an apartment equipped with everything you need, not a single detail is missing. It's totally worth staying in the apartment. It is impossible to be more satisfied with the choice of this apartment. A 10 in every aspect.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

We stayed for a month and are happy with everything) The windows face the sunny side, the apartment is cozy, like home. It's quiet at night, it's comfortable to sleep in silence. Great location, 15 minutes' walk to Slavianka store, 16 minutes to the sea. Angela is a very responsive, kind person, the atmosphere in the house is kind)

Spectacular views! A good apartment, very well equipped, comfortable beds. Really, everything was perfect except for a few problems with the boiler, which is asking to be retired.

Excellent place to stay! It has everything that you may need, impecable and beautiful 😻. Location is perfect, supermarket and parking garage right next to it. 2 minutes walk to the beach. I will come back if I have the chance.

The location is unbeatable, a couple of minutes' walk from the promenade. The apartment was super impeccable and is very cozy for a couple who are going to spend a few days in Gijón. Communication with Sergio was very fluid, as he took very little time to answer when we wrote to him. The only bad thing is the people who start screaming in the street at dawn, since you can hear it a lot in the apartment, but otherwise, I would stay at this accommodation again.

My daughter and her friend stayed at Jesus’s place for almost 5 months and felt home from the very beginning to the last day. Jesus and Paz are wonderful hosts, very kind and responsive and always willing to help, if needed. The apartment is cosy and spotless. I can highly recommend the place.

Great place right at the beachfront. Everything you need is there. I like it when an apartment has a washing machine, this cuts down on the amount of clothing you have to bring. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious. As mentioned before though, if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring some ear plugs. WiFi was fast and reliable, more important for me than the TV. Check-in was done in person by Pilar, who was very friendly and thorough in explaining everything and brought some welcome cookies. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are in walking distance. Very much appreciated was the shop with automated storage lockers right next door. Also, if you come here to work (like I did), there is a great coworking space a five minute walk away - WAX as in Work Arena Xixon. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

We loved everything! The apartment is as shown in the photos. Super clean, comfortable and with many details that made the stay very pleasant. The location was perfect, very close to everything. Moni and her daughter were a 10: very friendly, attentive and always willing to help with anything. They even gave us a lot of local recommendations that were great for us. We would definitely come back without thinking. 100% recommended. Thank you for everything!

The location is very good, and in the photos it looked very good, but when we arrived we were very surprised and for the better, it is even better than it looked. We were 2 couples, and without even asking, Raquel wrote to me to give me the option to check in before the time since she had it ready, and the same for the checkout, something that we thank her very much for since we were going for a wedding and it was difficult for us to go to bed. The apartment was super clean, all the details were very well taken care of, you feel right at home. Raquel, the host, a 10, very nice and attentive and above all, thoughtful, since she took care of details such as leaving us some breakfast, a bottle of cold water, and even toothpaste and toothbrushes, as if she knew me and knew that I had forgotten mine🤣. Without a doubt, when we return to Gijón, we will return to your apartment if it is available.

The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building
