The villa is divided into two apartments with independent entrance. Villa Zenone dwo is composed of: double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. The terrace is private for each apartment. The area below with sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue and gazebo is shared by both apartments.

The apartment is very panoramic, quiet, recently renovated, leaving intact the vaults and the three original rooms, but equipped with every comfort. The house is located 350 m. from the seafront and the equipped beach, from where ferries leave for Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Salerno, Capri. At 200 m. bus stop for Ravello and Praiano.

Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.
