The comfortable apartment is in a quiet part of the housing estate, it has its own parking space. It's a pleasant place for a vacation or a rest on a long trip. We will provide beds with slats 2.20 m long according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on the mattress. Modern practical kitchen, coffee machine, tea, spices and everything you need to cook. Also many small useful items. We don't have a TV. In winter we heat with air conditioning and it's ok, the house is well insulated. On the day of arrival, the apartment is heated to 22 degrees and you can control the temperature yourself.

The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

You will sleep in a cozy bedroom with a fully glazed gable overlooking the linden tree. You may even see a roe deer on the morning pasture right from the bed.

One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.
