Ideale come base di appoggio per aeroporto e/o casa vacanza per visitare Roma e soggiornare in un contesto tranquillo. Entrata indipendente, saloncino con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale e cameretta con letto a castello e bagno con doccia. Ampio giardino. Parcheggio interno con posti limitati.

This well-appointed apartment is on 2 floors and has a large front yard. It is located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is a 25-min walk to the Coliseum. The bus stop for service 85 is located right outside the apartment and the subway is only a 5-minute walk. It is well connected with train stations, airport and highways. The apartment is 10 minutes driving from Ciampino airport. The bus from the airport stops in the Leonardo da Vinci square near the apartment and at the train station. The apartment is in the centre of Ciampino, 4 minutes walking distance from the train station. You can easily reach Rome Termini central station in 15 minutes (3/4 trains an hour). There are several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pizzerias nearby. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people, but there's room for 5.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).
