The most amazing, friendly, and gracious hosts! Ryan and Nicole made us feel so welcome—we felt right at home. The space was beautifully curated, which made it incredibly comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, such as a coffee machine with pods, a hairdryer, and an iron, along with a mini snack tray thoughtfully prepared by the hosts. There was plenty of street parking, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. 10/10! Honestly, the best hosts I’ve ever met—they’re amazing people!

Great place in a nice neighborhood. Even a little sitting area outside! Very walkable to nice cafes and restaurants.

David is exactly what the reviews said about his responsiveness. My family and I can say this was our best experience ever in San Diego. We felt at home and this experience made it easy for my wife and I to conclude that when traveling with our young kids, we would be better off reserving an airbnb with a great host like David. Melissa’s place was super cute and a great place for my fiancé and I. Had all the amenities you would need and was in a quiet neighborhood with easy and accessible parking. It’s about a 1.5-2 mile hilly walk to the beach/Ocean Beach/restaurant area so I wouldn’t say it’s in a super walkable neighborhood but we had a rental car so it was easy for us to get around. Melissa’s guide book was amazing and we went to several of the recommended spots. This would be a great choice if you’re wanting to explore lots of areas of San Diego as it is centrally located and close proximity to highways.

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

The VIEWS!!! Absolutely breathtaking. We could’ve spent the entire trip just soaking in that ocean view—it was seriously next-level. From sunrise to sunset, it was pure magic. We absolutely loved Kate’s place and Kate herself! She was the best host we’ve ever had. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a fun, quirky charm that made it feel like a hidden gem. The bed was insanely comfortable, the robes were perfectly cozy, and the coffee? Delicious. The art supplies and hot tub facing the ocean were truly to die for—I didn’t even want to leave to explore San Diego because I was so content right there. We slept with the back door open to hear the waves crash all night long and let the ocean breeze in. The neighborhood felt super safe and had such a great vibe. We already know we’ll be back to see Kate every year. No doubt about it.

Spacious, serene AND close to everything, including walkable streets and a freeway. Those might seem like contradictory qualities but Steve’s clean, comfy Golden Hill apartment achieves it all. With the bedroom in the back, light-blocking curtains, and beautiful yard, this place is quiet and peaceful. Lots of extras, like special treats, washer/dryer, and beach towels/chairs, good WiFi prepared us for everything. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped (except for a dishwasher; a huge sink largely makes up for it). In the past couple years it feels like on-street parking has been getting harder to find in the evenings, but still manageable, especially with walking to restaurants, Uber’ing, public transit, and daytime outings when parking is easy. Steve is so helpful and responds with lightning speed. Looking forward to our next visit.

We loved this Airbnb! Upon arrival we were welcomed by our host, Grant. He helped us get into the unit and gave us a brief tour. We found the unit to be first class in every way - comfortable bed, quality linens, very clean, etc. There was a lot of attention to detail in this Airbnb. We were very pleased with this choice and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego.

loveddd this place, was so comfy.. had private rooms with options to make it all feel like an open space. we are even hoping to stay here in the future for our next san diego trip, would also give extra stars for the fur babies that welcomed us during our check in while still staying in their own personal bubble

Loved our stay! The room was exactly as described with a great view of the canyon. The location was great and they were very clear instructions on how to access the airbnb. Would definitely stay again!

Crystal was an incredibly responsive & communicative host with a beautiful, cozy space to offer! We had a wonderful stay that met all our expectations based on the listing. The space was clean & well stocked with basic necessities including ample bath towels, soaps, hair dryer, iron, cooking/eating tools, etc. & had a small fridge, AC unit, & an adjustable mounted TV. What the small bathroom lacks in sink counter space, it cleverly makes up for in a well placed over-toilet shelving unit & medicine cabinet mirror, creating great space options to spread out a bit. The home grounds were stunning, filled with beautiful wild flowers, fruit trees,& butterflies, & the patio provided adequate privacy with a well placed fence line. Crystal graciously offered space to park on the driveway which we had no issues with. It is a family neighborhood so you will hear occasional sounds of children & dogs. And there is a cute cat who occasionally roams, so keep an eye out when pulling your car in/out!

TJ's place was clean, quiet, and spacious. The online pictures don't do the place justice, the unit is full of natural light.

Harold was a wonderful host, very fast at communicating and friendly. It’d love to stay here again the next time I’m in San Diego. There are tons of walkable restaurants and the neighborhood is fantastic with lots of street parking

We will definitely stay here whenever we come back. Good area, the house was clean and exactly how it was described. We had no issues finding the location and getting in. Street parking was easily accessible with a very short distance to the house as well. The set up was nice and comfortable! We also appreciated how Communicative Michelle was. She responded quickly and gave detailed instructions. Can’t wait to come back to San Diego! Definitely recommend this listing, it was within 20 minutes of everything we chose to do during our short stay

Absolutely love love love this small yet mighty place!! I was impressed! It was so cute and clean! The shower was amazing! The bed was comfortable and the back yard was great for my dog. The hot tub was a great addition to the place. Nice way to chill out after a long day of adventuring! I love the washer and dryer! I felt right at home! Kevin and his spouse were the nicest ever! They are quick to respond. They are so accommodating. I had car problems and they recommended a great car shop for me in the neighborhood! I would definitely stay again and look forward to coming back to San Diego! Thank you sooo sooo much for your hospitality! You are an amazing host! Loved everything about it!

Der Ausblick auf die Skyline von der eigenen Terrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Lage ist super. Man ist sehr schnell auf den Freeway/Highway. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es fehlte an nichts. Wir können die Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in San Diego auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

I have nothing but nice things to say about Luan’s home! Checking in went smoothly and the space was comforting and clean! He was responsive and very accommodating which made my stay easy. Would definitely book again!

Casa Feliz was a lovely spot to stay in — quaint, cozy, and even cuter than expected. Although I was only there for a short time, the home exceeded my expectations and was stocked with everything one could possibly need during their stay. Claudia & Steve were kind, communicative, and their check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d love to stay again if I find myself in San Diego in the future!

Giovanna was an amazing host. I booked her place last minute and she was right on top of communicating. Small scare with an great ending: because I booked her place in a bit of a rush, I didn’t catch that there was no A/C in this suite so I panicked for a minute upon arrival because I tend to love my room to be very cool when I sleep. HOWEVER, with the windows open and the ceiling fan on, it was perfectly cool and pleasant. If I could not only survive but genuinely ENJOY the temperature in June, then anybody can.
