This was by far the best air b n b I’ve ever stayed at. I will definitely be back for my next trip in San Diego. The place felt right at home. It was easy to get inside and the host was super responsive and helpful!

Had a great time staying here. The check in process was easy and everything was clean. The common area and backyard were very spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at Jack and Taylor’s! The space was clean and incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the home was cozy and relaxing. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind.

Wonderful place. Very comfortable. Great location. Some road noise in the back yard, but it is so enjoyable that you don't even notice it. The kitchen is very well appointed. Love cooking and made most of our meals at home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Joe was attentive from start to finish. I greatly appreciated his effective communication and accommodations. The house was far better than the photos showed. I was blown away by the decor and how much love was put into the house. It’s as it they thought out every detail in anticipation of what their guest might need. My family had a blast! I would highly recommend this house. It’s perfect for large groups with children. I will be back again!

Prime location, great amenities, place looks exactly like the photos, very very clean.. I have no qualms! Anna is very prompt with her instructions and responds quickly if needed. She goes above and beyond to satisfy and cater to her guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for a short term stay-- all complimentary, as well. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and smooth. My only complaint (which is a personal preference and why I won't dock anything from her rating but figured it would be helpful for those who are light sleepers like me) is that the overhead window that is over the bed does not have any curtains. It makes sleeping soundly for light-sensitive sleepers like me a bit difficult! This was easily fixable by bringing my travel black out curtain. Just a friendly heads up for those alike. I will be on the lookout for her listing any time I'm back in SD!

Christopher’s place was clean, comfy, and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet so we were able to rest well. We needed something close to the Naval base and it is what we needed. 10 out of 10 would stay again, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Tamara’s place was the best decision we made for the trip. Everything we planned was 20+ mins away but well worth to get away from the hustle and bustle after a full day of activities. Very clean, spacious yet cozy and relaxing with the sound of the ocean just steps away from you. Tamara is also very responsive, accommodating and kind. If we can’t book here, we will 100% adjust our plans so we can come back. :)

This spot was so cute! The location is in between all the fun spots, little Italy, sunset cliffs, downtown, mission beach. We went to the social bowl which was right down the street and such a fun time, Monday’s are happy hour $5 drinks! The rooftop at the bnb was nice too, especially being able to see the city lights at night. You can get street parking (wasn’t too hard to find a spot) for $1/hr from 8am-6pm or pay $20/day for their gated parking. Only thing I’d say wasn’t the best is the couch was super stained, so we just shared the bed which was fine. And the shower soap that is provided isn’t the best so just bring your own if that’s important to you! Outside there are some sketchy people who walk around but it kind of comes with being anywhere downtown. Nobody bothered us. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay. The apartment was beautiful, the queen size bed was very comfortable. I needed some help opening the couch bed and Danny took care of it as soon as I asked. Everything looked clean and smelled clean too. We had plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything needed to cook a meal or eat carryout. There was cold water in the fridge waiting for us. An unexpected delight were the fresh flowers on the kitchen table, bedroom, and by the bathroom sink. We only had one inconvenience, the push button lock wouldn't lock. Rosina & Danny gave us a key to come & go with. The landscaping was meticulously kept up. Lush cactus, passion flower, & different succulents made the garden gorgeous. This made us feel like it was our own little piece of paradise. Rosina and Danny were SUPER hosts. I can not say enough good things about them!

Perfect base to attend conference, trolley stop just down the road which was only a few stops away from gaslight area and conference center. Bed was really comfortable, and whilst there was occasional street noise I found it quiet at night and slept really well. Rachel has decorated the apartment beautifully and having a kitchen is fabulous. The rooftop terrace is great to chill out and the washing line was really handy to hang out handwashed clothes, if you are lucky you might get a visit from the friendly cats next door. Rachel was really responsive to questions, great restaurants near, and a few small grocery stores.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

Loved our stay in South Park! Was a new area for us, but we felt right at home. We had everything we needed in this well appointed studio. Chris and Todd were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. This was in a beautiful neighborhood, very walkable to the shops, cafés and restaurants in South Park. We would absolutely stay here again.

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

Great place. I recommend if you need a quiet and comfy place to stay. If you have a car, they have a parking spot if needed :)

The host replied quickly and provided flexible check in. The air bnb sat behind another home which gave us more privacy. If you are using navigation watch for incorrect directions. The area was quiet and calm. We brought our 2 dogs and the neighbors had dogs so there was some barking but they became friends through the fence. The furniture in the house was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets. The kitchen was stocked with several spices, utensils and dishes. There is a shopping center close with a frys, aldi, in n out, petsmart, car wash etc was very convenient.

We loved this apartment- it was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was even bigger than the photos make it seem. Gorgeous decor and beautifully maintained/cleaned. Lots of extras/amenities like kitchen items, toiletries, beach stuff, and linens. The host’s communication was very hospitable and helpful! Location and view is incredible - right on the beach and walkable to so many cute cafes, grocery stores and bars. Comes with a parking spot too, and pool and hot tub access! Would definitely book again!

Loved staying here. 2nd floor has a nice breeze and all amenities needed in a home. Onsite parking provided, AC Unit, and all necessary utensils/equipment for cooking. Tony actually reached out to us an hour after our stay to let us know we left some important documents at his home. Thankfully he was communicative and responsive as we were able to retrieve them quickly and efficiently. We heard the below tenants a few times but nothing out of the ordinary. Would happily stay here again.

It was lovely and clean and perfect for a staycation. Only thing was the TV apps for streaming didn’t work and had to watch regular tv but everything else was fine. Definitely recommend!

Great stay! Very central, a short 5 minute walk to the border crossing, great restaurants, bars, medical centers, etc nearby. The place was in great condition, clean and upkept. I accidently locked us out and Monica was very responsive and helpful, she was very patience with the whole situation. Will definitely stay here again.
