Location is wonderful short walk to the beach 2-2 min. Simon provided a beach bag, boogie board, beach towels, and beach umbrella, which made going to the brach easy and more entertaining for my 13 yo. Great stay.

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Judith’s place was perfect for our stay. For the sample, we brought kitchen equipment from NJ with us because we usually need it when we stay at other places. But Judith’s place had everything plus more than we expected. We left all the equipment in our car!! lol.😆

My family and I loved this property, the location was looking out at the bay which made for a perfect view. The condo also was perfectly located near the boardwalk, cafes, and restaurants so we rarely had to drive anywhere. At night we enjoyed watching the fireworks from seaworld out on the porch, the evenings were quiet which was also nice since my parents are seniors. Tooraj was very communicative about property and to contact him if anything was needed but everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful family vacation I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location , if you are looking for a peaceful and quite with beach access, close to restaurants, not too far from downtown or airport, this is a great spot . Again just a reminder it is not the upscale area , more of a local experience. Felt safe and walkable to beach .

We had a great stay. This Airbnb was perfect due to the location and we felt very safe. We were in town for a concert and the location was a 5 minute walk. Our host was very responsive and understood we would have a late check in. He was very accommodating and communicated to not worry about the late check in. This places was beautiful and spacious. We would definitely come back.

Nice place with amazing location. If you are looking for a place close by the shore and gaslamp’s bars/restaurants and night clubs this is the place. Not too quiet area but peaceful and safe.

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

Nice accommodations, hard to beat view, great area to explore and enjoy all the amazing food. The beach is awesome. Lots to do in the area. Close to everything. Great stay.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!
