房東非常的友善。在我們一行人抵達的第一天早上，因為行李不算少，不方便隨身攜帶前往預定行程，經過詢問房東後，房東願意讓我們提早入住房間並放置行李，這對我們來說有很大的幫助。 下次如果還有還朋友的團體旅遊，我也會再次參考和選擇這間房間！

We had a really comfortable stay and enjoyed this quaint typically Japanese home. This is a fairly quiet suburb but still some nice restaurants within walking distance. Disneyland is an easy 15 minute taxi ride away so this is ideal for families on holiday who want to visit the theme park.

Alice was a great and responsive host. The place was as described and had what we needed. We were two couples who stayed here and it worked for us great. The train station is an easy 15 minute walk away that brings you right into the city. Only con would be the bunk beds were very uncomfortable as they were hard and you could feel the springs in your back when you slept. Probably fine if it was small children in them but not for adults. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

We spent a week at Alice's place in apartment 301 with our family of four. Very peaceful and quiet location. Everything was very clean and there was good space for us all. Location was near bus stops and Kasai metro station which made moving around the city easy. We can recommend this place for everyone!

The Kameido residence is exceptionally well located, featuring new, modern furniture throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom area is spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are large, with excellent mattresses that ensure a good night’s rest. The host was extremely attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, yet conveniently close to great restaurants, a shopping mall with various stores, cozy cafés, and a well-stocked supermarket. The supermarket stands out for its impressive sushi and sashimi section—fresh, high-quality, and reasonably priced. The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to all areas of Tokyo. I highly recommend this apartment as a peaceful and comfortable retreat after a full day exploring the city

The place is in a nice neighborhood, near the station, supermarkets, restaurants and parks. Because the place is near the road, it’s kinda noisy at night. The room is clean and nice. Pretty packed for group of 5 with many luggages, probably best for group of 2-3. Ruka is very responsive and fast response. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Ruka’s place.

We have stayed in AirBnBs in many different countries and Yan's place was among the top for peaceful surroundings and responsiveness! Yan gave clear instructions to find this beautiful little apartment tucked away in Shinkoiwa area of Tokyo. It was easy to get in and very cozy. What we loved: A large balcony to dry clothes or just enjoy the morning. There is a 7-Eleven just around the corner. It's a very short walk to Shinkoiwa Station and only a few stops to the museum in Ryogoku, Akihabara, Ochinomizu, and much more. The whole neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Anytime we ever had a question or problem Yan immediately responded! We have never had a host that was so helpful and responsive. This apartment is on the Chuo Sobu line which is great to get anywhere in the Tokyo area. I would highly recommend for couples and small families who want to immerse themselves in the local culture and value peaceful surroundings. Yan is an amazing host! Thank you Yan!

Satoshi is a wonderful host: professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The house itself is fantastic. It is clean, new, and spacious, located in a peaceful residential area with a convenience store just a few minutes away. The only minor inconvenience was the washing basin’s location. While there are toilets on both floors, the only sink for handwashing is on the second floor. This made nighttime bathroom trips a bit tricky, especially with kids. That said, our overall experience was excellent, and we’d happily stay here again!

リピートで今回は学生時代の友人と訪れました。時期的に雨が心配でしたが滞在中は天気も持ってくれて今朝は少し晴れ間ものぞいてくれ相変わらず素晴らしいオーシャンビューを堪能出来ました。 施設も変わらずとても綺麗に整えられており気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 今回一緒に伺った友人は初めての来訪でしたが部屋から見える素晴らしい景色に感動してました。 今度は家族を連れて是非伺いたいと言ってました。 オーナーも変わらずに色々と親切に対応して頂きホスピタリティに感謝します。 次は隣の浜金谷まで電車かバスで行ってロープウェイで鋸山の頂上まで登って下りは登山道を使い有名な名所の地獄のぞきや大仏や日本寺などを巡りながら施設の近くに降りる事が出来ると聞いたので是非ともトライしてみたいと思いました。 また近いうちに是非伺いたいと思います。 有難うございました！

It is REALLY GREAT but a little expensive.

3日２泊お世話になりました。 部屋はとても綺麗でした。 料理器具の種類が豊富で、綺麗で、使いやすかったんでした。 いろんなおもちゃが用意して下さって、大変ありがとうございました。 子供が大満足でした。 お陰様で、海も水族館も満喫できました。 また宜しくお願い致します！

Adeyto was lovely and extremely attentive to all my needs. The place itself was so well cared for that I hardly needed anything extra. There are beautiful paths lined with flowers and trees that lead to the beach, and walking to the supermarket along these scenic routes and the shore—about 15 minutes on foot—was a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway outside of Tokyo, I highly recommend this space!

家族４人で約1週間泊まりました。全てが綺麗でしたし、近くにスーパー、コンビニ、公園等もあり快適な滞在でした。また利用したいと思いました。

Très bel appartement, un peu loin du métro mais facile d’accès. L’ascenseur dans la résidence est un vrai plus car voyageant avec une poussette c’est vraiment pratique. J’ai eu du mal à trouver l’airbnb et l’hôte a fait en sorte que je le trouve facilement. Petit présent à la fin du séjour délivré par l’hôte ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable. Je recommande sans hésiter !
