The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The space is also suitable for renting both houses as one, by two friendly couples or a group of friends who are looking for a house with 4 to 5 beds.

On the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa-bed On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional stone-built bed. The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It has a balcony with sea view. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
