Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chom Thong District

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Exceptional stay. I travel frequently to Chiang Mai for business and will be staying again.

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

We stayed here for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it. The space was clean, cozy, and had a great atmosphere. It was conveniently located near Maya Mall and Chiang Mai University. The management staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the view from the high floor, and Echo was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

We were surprised at how noisy the street was since the neighborhood looks so small in the map, but the place itself is quirky and cute, and there's lots of good food around every corner. Our host was great too, answering questions and bringing us extra snacks 😋

Communication was very smooth, the house was as complete as in the pictures, the space was large and comfortable, my family and I had a wonderful holiday here, and the kids had a great time playing in the water.Recommended for family travel.

We had an amazing stay at this villa with our extended family! What stood out the most for us was how peaceful the area is—tucked away from all the crowds, which made it the perfect place to come back to after a day out. It’s hard to find that kind of calm, especially when traveling with a big family. The villa itself is fantastic—spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The kids loved the pool, the board games kept everyone entertained, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. One of the best parts was how close we were to the Suthep area. Just a short drive away, and we found great restaurants, cafés, temples, and small local markets. We ate incredibly well every day—everything from local street food to nice sit-down places with mountain views. If you’re traveling with family and want a quiet, comfortable home base while still being close to all the good stuff, this villa is a brilliant choice. We truly enjoyed every minute and would love to come

this is a large well-maintained comfortable house for up to nine people. the linens and beds are comfortable (firm beds). the air conditioning is sufficient. the kitchen is well stocked and the house is clean and inviting. the hostess was always available and pleasant. there are mosquito nets on every opening.

Wei was a perfect host and recommended us lots of places to visit. Summer house very conveniently located right in the old city yet very peaceful. We felt at home. We requested for cleaning the room during our stay and it was done . It can get very hot we had AC and lots of fan to keep us cool. From the beginning wei has been very responsive . Wei is a very kind and helpful person. The room is well equipped wirh mucrowave ,fridge and there is a sitting area as well . We didn't have a time to use it but it was a nice touch . The water feature with wooden pathway was so nice and well maintained. Will definitely recommend wei as a host.

We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. The cleaning included is such a bonus. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, stay here! :)

We moved to this accommodation from another of Lin’s as Lin was a fantastic host and we felt right at home. I’m glad to say we felt the exact same in this place. We were greeted by Lin’s mother in law upon check in and she was so charming and friendly, she guided us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment was just like the photos, spotless, spacious and cosy 😊 the bed was very comfortable, we’ve seen others mention it to be hard but we found it wonderful! They even supply complimentary bottled water, juice boxes, soda, coffee and tea, and fruit! Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we were helped super quick and Lin’s parents in law would be right at the door as soon as possible if needed which made us feel very looked after, and they were so friendly and great to talk to! The building itself felt like a hotel (even though it isn’t) with a cute coffee shop just at the lobby. Overall, fantastic stay and can’t wait to stay again!

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!

It was a trip that I planned for the purpose of 'rest' because my body and mind were tired from overworking. I just needed a quiet room, and I found a place with lots of cafes and restaurants that were easy to walk to, and this was the place. It's very quiet, except for the occasional sound of an airplane. I saw the reviews before I booked, and I went prepared to use earplugs, but I didn't use them. I was concerned at first, but I got used to it over time. Very famous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Also, I had the pleasure of buying pineapples and mangoes sold near the road every day and eating them at home. (The fridge is large and nice) There was a washing machine and detergent, so I took a small amount of clothes, and I felt like I was really living at home while doing the laundry during my week-long stay. Whenever you need help, I was grateful for the host's really quick response. I had a good rest for a week, and I want to stay again next time.
