Very nice house, easy to go everywhere.There are many spa shops nearby.The housekeeper was very responsive and enthusiastic.There are all kinds of daily necessities, and the cleaning lady is very timely.

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

Great place good for remote work and visiting Chiangmai. Clean.

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Thank you so much for the lovely place, would definitely recommend this place to my friends! Very thoughtful, high quality toothbrush/toothpaste given by host. Fast response by Hong too :)

I stayed in Room 3, a traditional wooden house (the entire building). The two paintings on the walls left a deep impression on me. I’m glad to have spent a wonderful time here.

The villa was very cozy and nicely furnished. It was well stocked with food like eggs, apples and milk among other things. There were also extra towels provided for us. There was enough activities on the compound to keep my kids occupied. They provided towels for the pool, games in the villa and other activities like badminton and golf which my kids enjoyed very much! Would fully recommend the villa to all who are planning to come to Chiang mai!

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Staying at Nicha’s Airbnb was like stepping into a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of a vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt thoughtfully curated—clear instructions, seamless check-in, and a sense of safety that immediately put us at ease. The apartment itself is a haven of elegance, with each corner whispering a story of aesthetic charm and meticulous care. Nestled in a delightful neighbourhood, it offered the best of both worlds—serene streets and easy access to the city’s finest shopping malls and eateries. Whether we were sipping morning coffee by the window or returning from a day out, the space embraced us with warmth and beauty. Nicha has truly created a sanctuary that balances style, comfort, and practicality in the most graceful way. We left with hearts full and memories richer for it. The highlight was the soft bed and the quality of linen used. We fell in love with it and missed it in every other place we stayed in Thailand after that. 🤗

Close to Nimman One, within a 10-minute walk to the restaurant and cafe, newly decorated, clean bathroom with sufficient water pressure, air conditioning, air purifier to make the indoor environment comfortable, complete kitchenware, cleaning staff come to clean and change towels every two days.The small disadvantage is that the bathroom water heater operation needs to be familiarized, and the entrance and exit route from the basement is dim after 10:00 pm. The rooftop pool is not open for some reason during the stay.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. Amazing host & Amazing place to stay in Chiang Mai.
